Very poor quality …
So had 2 hoodies brought for Xmas and I’ve worn the hoodie once today and under the arm the stitching has come loose so there is a hole already and the print on the back has started bubbling and cracking and peeling awful quality I’ve always brought there stuff but just lately the quality is shocking and I won’t be able to send back as worn but I will make sure they don’t get another penny off me in the future to have a hole in after one time of wearing is shocking

Hi, thanks for placing an order with us, although we sincerely apologize that you had subsequent issues with the quality of your purchase. Any issues that arise after you have worn the goods can still be raised with us and potentially returned for an exchange or refund, although this needs to be raised within 6 months of receiving the goods. As you have not left your order number, I can't investigate this properly, however, if you get in touch with our Customer Support team they will be able to assist you.
Appalling!
My order confirmed and payment taken on 25 November. This followed with notification on 2 December the order cancelled and 10 days for a refund with no explanation or apology.

It is a very bad product only people who want to waste money buy their product if we send back the product we don't like it we have to pay the delivery charge and besides they will reduce the delivery charge sent to us from the money they give us a refund it is a very bad experience no other brand does this.

Thanks for your review. Indeed, we don't pay for returns, however, this helps us to keep our prices low and provide excellent offers to our customers. Also, if you wish to exchange your returned items we will pay for the postage to send out the revised products.
We will always refund the cost paid for whatever is returned if a refund is preferred.

Literally worst Chelsea boots I've ever…
Literally worst Chelsea boots I've ever owned. Tan leather very poor quality, pieces of sharp metal inside the boots have come loose and randomly worked there way out. Not that old and falling to pieces. I will never buy another pair of these cheap shoes.

I have been a big fan for quite a number of years. I felt that the company did stray away from the initial styles and quality a few years ago, but have now returned to what attracted me in the first place. Innovation, style and quality.
