Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered my case on Saturday night and paid for 1 business day shipping so I would get the case by Tuesday, because I was leaving my home for a month on Wednesday. Monday UPS said they didn’t have my package so I reached out to Drop Guys and eventually got a response that they would look into my order. Nothing after that. This morning (Tuesday) UPS said my case would be delivered next Monday. Problem is I won’t be at the original delivery address for a month. So I reached out to DG twice more telling them this and asking that they change the delivery address and refund my overnight delivery charge. Have not heard a word. Of course there is no customer service number you can call to actually talk to someone. After looking at reviews, this appears to be a common problem. Stay away!!!

No response afte 3 EMAILS
They really do have a problem returning emails or responding when someone has a problem. I'm done. Please don't apologize because an apology means absolutely nothing if you continue with the same behavior. I've been trying to get a response because, through my own fault, I ordered the wrong phone case. They don't respond to my emails to change the case before they send it, and getting a refund seems to be an even worse ordeal.
If you don't mind not ever hearing from the place where you placed your order, then fine, go ahead and use this company, otherwise, I'd order from Amazon. At least you know you can get in touch with someone there.
You did NOT respond to me because I am a tech. It's what I do for a living and there was NOTHING in my spam folder!!!

Best Of The Best
Incredible product, hands down. Rock solid yet seamlessly integrated and actually produces a better tactile experience than the OEM glass. Hard to describe but is smoother to the touch. The customer service is also next level. Definitely follow their directions to the letter as I didn’t and ended up with dust caught underneath and ended up marring my protector. DROPGUYS came through and were amazing to deal with. I’ll never buy another screen protector from anyone else, period.

The lens protector sucks
I got the screen protector, a case and the lens protector. The lens protector has slowly been cracking and falling off. Now I’m trying to figure out how to take it off because I can’t take photos or do videos.

secure protection for pricey pocket tech
I just bought the iPhone 17 Pro and wanted to provide secure protection for this pricey piece of pocket technology. The Dropguys products were highly rated. They appear to be excellent quality and are also guaranteed. They arrived very quickly, even with standard shipping. Better than I could have imagined
These guys are great! They responded to my emails promptly. I ordered a phone case but Verizon did a switch up and said the cost they had quoted me for an upgrade wasn’t really available. So I had a new case but no new phone. Dropguys refunded my money immediately and didn’t make me send the case back. Next go round, I will ONLY buy from this company!
