I wasn’t really sure about DroiX but I’ve heard some positive reviews online and decided to try it out to order the OnePlayer X1. I was honestly concern about shipping to Germany and thought it would be a problem, but surprisingly, it only took 3 days and everything was as I ordered. I look forward to my next purchase.

I ordered an GPD Pocket 3 with a stylus…
I ordered an GPD Pocket 3 with a stylus pen and have no big complaints. The order was really fast. I received my product from GB after just 4 days and It was also safely packed. I live in Germany. With the help of the tracking number, I was able to see quickly where my product was. If you have any questions, you get help immediately from the service team via mail or chat. Normally you get an answer in the evening. The GPD Pocket 3 works perfectly until now. The only point of criticism is the tax that is usually added to the purchased product. You don't really know exactly how much and when you have to pay it. Sometimes there are special offers on the site where the tax is waived from some regions. However, this is not so clear to the buyer. Nevertheless, if you have any questions, you will get help. That's why I still give them 5 stars and would recommend DroiX Global.

No VAT fee upon delivery to Europe
Ordered my Anbernic rg35xx H with the delivery to Sweden and one of the things I was concerned about is a VAT fee upon delivery, as it sent from UK.
The item had a banner saying VAT is already paid for the delivery for both EU and US but was missing during some of the visits of the page. The console quickly arrived, no extra fee was charged, and everything was great.

Ordered my Win-Mini on a Monday and it arrived a few days later on a Friday and I've enjoyed my time spent on it. It a little setup to do for the spec overlays to display while I played some games. But the mini has been able to play every PC game in my library of Steam and GOG I've thrown at it, that I had to show it off to my son in amazement.
The keyboard and mousepad is what makes the mini standout in a crowded space of handheld PCs out there... It makes navigating Windows a breeze. Now I'm not saying you can write a novel on it, but switching apps and entering accounts and passwords is a breeze with my thumbs really reminds me of the old blackberry devices before smart phones came along. And playing games is very similar to playing on a Nintendo DS too.

Nice store with a lot of enthusiast stuff. Got the GPD Win Max 2 which has been a little buggy to set up but seems to be working okay now. A very unique laptop.

GPD Win Max 2 with missing power supply
I bought a GPD Win Max 2 from Droix. The dispatch was very fast. The device only took just under 3 working days from London to Hamburg.
However, I would deduct one star. The packaging was opened and the power supply unit was removed. Presumably they wanted to replace it with a country-specific power supply - so in the end there was no power supply at all.
Update: Customer service contacted me without me opening a ticket. Apparently my EU power supply didn't fit in the packaging, so it was enclosed loose. It may have been lost at customs. They offered to send me a power supply unit (but this is no longer necessary). That is good customer service. Thanks for reaching out DroiX!
