I purchased the Rocket G2 Android Box
I purchased the Rocket G2 Android Box. It was shipped out "super fast", all the way from London to the West Coast in Canada. Received it within a week. I had a query after purchase, and my question was answered within hours.
As for the G2, it was easy to setup, works flawlessly, and is up to date with Android 12 and the latest Firmware. It also operates smoothly using Wifi 6.
In all, I am very satisfied, and will definitely purchase from Droid again.

Super friendly and quick replying support. High quality product (Pocket 4). Unfortunately very poor parcel service (FedEx) but it not depends on GPD/DroiX.

Good place to buy handheld
I ordered the backordered GPD Win 4 (2025), and it shipped in two days. As an American buyer, the inclusion of tax and import tax in the shown price is simultaneously great and weird, but I like it. One thing I want to improve is the website's order tracking system.

Product is amazing. I was able to upgrade the shipping after I had purchased the product. My local post office took 4 days too sort through the packages though before I was able to receive mine.

Upon checking the details of your order, it was shipped on the 6th of January and delivered on the 10th, which falls within the standard FedEx delivery timeframe.
We currently do not see the details for any third party handling the delivery in tracking. We’ll be happy to assist and investigate with the carrier to ensure a smoother experience in case there is a delay.

Delivery process subpar
Delivery came just packed in a plastic bad without any protection of the product box. Product box was undamaged.
FedEx Express delivery was paid extra for express delivery and claimed to be 2-4 work days, took from Dec 27 (day of order) till Jan 10th.

Paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped it DHL.
The only problem I had was I paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped the computer via DHL Global which then went to DHL Express in the USA and then they transferred it to the USPS. If they would have shipped it via FedEx what I paid for, I would have received it about four to five days earlier.
