Top class garage

Bought a C-Class from here last week, customer service was brilliant and there was no pressure what so ever, they let you have a look around and check over the cars without hanging over you.
They put on a fresh mot and service for me also.
I would recommend this garage for anyone thinking of buying a car

Happy customer, third time running.

Great service as always, I have bought 3 cars from driven now, and I have never had a problem! Jack and Jeannette definitely went the extra mile for me to get my fiancé in place! I would definitely recommend this car dealer!

Disgraceful

Told me I was getting a great deal on my car (I don’t know anything about car so trusted a friend who worked there)
Told me my £7.500 car was a great deal and wouldn't get better. Had my car valued today after having it 11 months for them to tell me it’s only worth £3.500.

This company sold me a £7.500 for at the time only being worth roughly £4000!

A good experience and no pressure…

A good experience and no pressure unlike that demonstrated by a well known dealership the previous week.

Excellent service

Carl was very open and honest about some little problems with the vehicle, which were sorted before collection. No hard sell. Would definitely deal with this company again.

An excellent experience

On arrival my fiance and I had the very best service from a young man named Jack from the Driven car showroom in Thornaby, we both chose a car to buy and from start to finish thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
