I have been getting my glasses from Dresden for 7 years now and they are fantastic. I was first drawn to them because of the wonderful array of colours and I couldn't believe how affordable they are. Knowing that they are made in Australia from recycled materials and have a 10 year warranty made sticking with them a no brainer. Now they have the new round style and more colours I can have multi-focal prescription glasses to match every outfit. And I can swap around the arms as often as I like. I have had several friends start getting their glasses from Dresden and they love them too.

Great products, amazing service - Dresden is my go to. Instead of a big brand I get really good looking, functional products and get to buy a spare pair so when I sit on one I can still read the menu in poorly lit restaurants.

Plus the lenses are great quality and the peripheral vision is superb. Not like other places where you need to upgrade to the elite lenses to get anything worthwhile.

I ordered my contact lenses and was notified they wanted a copy of my prescription. I explained that I had lost my prescription after I had such a hard time getting it from my clinic. They want you to buy from them, so I didn't dare go back there. I explained this to a representative and told them I was actively looking for another clinic and they sent my contacts without the prescription. I was very, very appreciative for their kindness. Would recommend Dresden to anyone.

Just got my forth pair and every experience has been great. When I moved to progressives the first time I couldn’t get used to them. The staff at Dresden made the changes necessary and had me in a new pair that were perfect days later.

Frame shapes are imo perfect!

My main issue is with your mirror tint lenses. They don't seem to be as dark as other mirror tint lenses I own and I don't like that. I get the sense they don't provide the same reflectivity benefits of true mirror tint.

I put three stars because it didn’t say how long it will take for the glasses to be shipped, or any info on it. Like where is it shipping from, etc.

I bought my first pair of Dresdens about 5-6 years ago when I was visiting Toronto from Montreal so they were bought directly from the store. I subsequently Purchased a couple more over the phone after my prescription changed and everything worked perfectly.
My last purchase was about 10 days ago and I spoke with Rofeeqah who was amazing. Extremely helpful, took the order. I realized, afterwards that I made a mistake and made the change on-line as well as by email to Rofeeqah who handled it very efficiently and several days later I received my new glasses. Everything was handled very professionally and efficiently and Rofeeqah was delightful to deal with. You should be proud of the way you run your business. Good luck and much more success going forward. And lastly - hurry up and come to Montreal!!

I never did get an email confirmation that my glasses were ready for pickup despite the help desk saying I got a voice msg plus email. I checked junk mail.

My prescription sunglasses were processed in a timely fashion. They were in fact delivered even before I received tracking information.

My original order for two pairs of eye glasses (one for reading, one for distance) was incorrectly prepared. Dresden recreated new lenses using the correct prescription numbers and delivered the glasses in two days. Thank you.
