Engineer was thorough, polite and sorted the issue.

Colin came to investigate my blocked drains as scheduled, He very quickly identified that the problem was not on my property but further along the street and therefore not my responsibility. Unfortunately my drain is still blocked but on Colin's advise I have reported to Anglian Water and am hopeful it will be resolved soon!

A reply was very fast and the appointment made for the next morning.

On the day, operator Kevin made contact by phone before the due time of arrival to advise of traffic delays on a major route, but his arrival at my home was only delayed only slightly by around 15 minutes.

The work to unblock my sewer and the basic charges were explained beforehand and were then carried out swifty and and very efficiently.

Measures were taken before leaving to reduce any residual contamination of the small affected area and everything was left neat and tidy. I was also given the opportunity to view the camera output during the final inspection.

Card payment for the work was fast and easy too.

In all, a faultless customer service experience from my point of view.

With what seemed to be a simple blocked wc he went above and beyond to identify the problem. When even that proved difficult, he exhausted all options from internal to external factors and showed a rarely seen resilience and determination to do whatever he could to resolve the problem. The technician is a credit to himself and he should be proud of his approach, tenacity and professionalism.

All we can say is, well done, keep it up and you will continue to do brilliantly.

The operator arrived on time, was pleasant to talk to and carried out the task of unblocking the drain quickly. He then put a camera down the drain to identify any further work that may be required, which Anglian Water will now do. A very professional job all round.

Called Drain Doctor day after Boxing Day, call answered straight away. Appointment made for following day afternoon. He (Jordan) arrived earlier than expected, he treated our drain blockage quickly and professionally. He kept me informed as to what he was doing. Would highly recommend. Pleasant and friendly help.

Tom was professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. He also unblocked the toilet drain in good time.

Drain Drs arrived exactly when they said they would. Steve, who arrived to do the job, was exceptionally efficient. He did a marvelous job and left the effected area very clean. Having a complete blockage to our external sewer and waste pipes I called at 5pm. Unfortunately they couldn’t come that evening, but assured me I was first on the list the following morning. Well at 07:45 a polite and smiling Patrick was knocking on my door. We have an “extensive” system with far reaching pipes. Within one and a half hours it was sorted. Fully checked and all the system structurally surveyed and given a 28 day guarantee against further blockage or faults.
You get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Drain Doctor. Thanks guys.

excellent service as always. Called and engineer was here within 40 mins

Tonight (Sunday evening before Christmas) we had a blockage. The lovely lady who answered the phone called us back within 10 minutes to tell us a plumber was on the way. He arrived within 40 mins (he was coming from another town) and he had already finished for his Christmas break. Not only did he come over straight away, he was a smashing bloke who was so friendly and helpful! He sorted the problem and was professional throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Truly grateful!
