Patrick was very efficient and clear about what he was going to do. Went the extra mile in my view.

Tom was an absolute star.
Called when he was 10m away so I could be ready, was extreamly helpful and quick with the issue and even helped me with avoiding it in the future.

Having reported a blocked toilet in the morning Drain Doctor quickly scheduled an appointment. The engineer Tom called and texted his anticipated arrival time within a couple of hours for the same day. Tom arrived on time, was friendly, considerate and most importantly professional, efficient and quick. Problem solved in less than an hour.
