Drain Doctor - Bradford, Halifax & Skipton Recenzje

A great company! I appreciated the knowledge and patience of the woman who I first spoke to on the phone and I got a quick appointment. The engineers were extremely polite, professional and explained all the work required and cost. They took photos to show and explained to me what had been done. The cost was very reasonable for the job and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this firm. Thank you!

Called Drain Doctor due to blocked drain. Very professional service provided by Jack , he explained clearly what the problem could be, showing us the drains on camera. He solved the issue promptly. Will definitely use Drain Doctor again. Thank you for an efficient service.

Really good first experience! A massive help! My first time using Drain Doctor, had a blocked drain / gulley on my drive, Jack came and unblocked it within 5 mins, absolutely brilliant and can’t thank him enough!

Quick and efficient service, agreed an upfront price with the engineer while onsite, the drain was cleared quickly and tested before he left.

3h from initial phone call to clear drains. That's a top notch service.

It was a really quick and easy to arrange an appointment the following morning after placing my request.
Ryan was good at communicating and phoned me to say he was coming in the next 15 mins.
He was really good and got my toilet unblocked.

Brilliant company, explained everything well and what needed doing. We happy to rearrange last minute too when we had issues meaning we couldn't have them attend on the original planned days.

2nd time we used these guys and once again great service and price

Excellent. Came and checked the drain with camera; identified the problem. Fixed it a week later. Little fuss, Simon did an excellent job and explained the issues and showed the work done (via camera). A week on and a bad leak is no more.

Very easy to communicate with the office and quick replies. They turned up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently and returned to solve the problem with roots in the drain. They explained what they could see on the cameras and I was reassured that the work had been completed to our satisfaction.

Friendly and professional service. The technician’Jack’ quickly identified the problem and resolved the blockage. Highly recommended!

Needed my drains checked to see if there is a leak anywhere.
Simon and Ryan (Drain Doctor,Bradford) attended and where so professional and hard working.
They stuck at it all day, even though it was a hard job, and they had traveled from Bradford to North Wales, and had to travel back that evening.
Really appreciate and wish all tradesmen where the same as Simon and Ryan( Drain Doctor,Bradford)
Highly recommend for amazing work
ethic and amazing customer care.
They even helped me by carrying a big piece of wood from my garden to a neighbours skip,as I have broken my shoulder. Very kind guys. Thankyou.

Mathew very polite and respected my property . Approachable and professional would recommend Drain Doctor again so tidy .

Very quick and friendly service, fixed the problem on the first visit. The request form was picked up within 20 minutes and the plumber arrived within 1.5hrs. All the staff were very friendly and kept me updated on their arrival time and work required. The cost was reasonable and the problem was fixed on the first visit.

Matthew was very professional.
After locating the problem (which wasn't easy due to the layout of my building), he worked diligently to solve the problem, explaining things along the way. He cleaned up afterward. An excellent job.
In my initial conversation with Chloe, she too was professional and helpful.

Professional service from start to finish. Can not recommend these guys enough.
Expensive BUT you absolutely get what you pay for. They went above and beyond and sorted out what was a complicated problem. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending

Simon Jones came to our rescue when we had a blocked kitchen waste pipe. Drain Doctor sent Simon out the next morning. He was fantastic - diagnosing and sorting the issue in under half an hour. He left the kitchen spotless.
We would recommend Bradford Drain Doctor without hesitation.

Thank you Simon.

Absolutely 5 star from start to finish! Jack came within an hour of us making the phone call, matched the price quoted from another company and stayed until the issue was fully resolved. Advice was given to address some of the long term pipe issues we may experience through wear and tear as well. Jack was knowledgeable, quick responding, reliable, dedicated and honest throughout. Massive thanks to Jack for all his hard work and determination to get it all resolved in order to offer us peace of mind! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service from a very pleasant and helpful engineer. The only 'ouch' is the price! It was not an emergency, only a blocked soakaway, but I feel I have been charged as if it were an emergency.

Great engineer attended within 48 hours of reporting the problem. Unblock was done on the spot and report / further quote was issued almost instantly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

CAME OUT VERY QUICKLEY AND CLEARED THE PROBLEM. REASONABLE RATES FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
