Drain Doctor - Bradford, Halifax & Skipton Recenzje 

They did a great job in excavating blocked drains. They then filled the hole back up but after a couple of weeks it started sinking. They did come back to fill it back up but it's sinking again. It's getting very dangerous now and they are not responding to any commnication. It's been well in a year since they did the original job and I've been contacting them about this issue for months now.

Absolutely superb. They came out same day to unblock my drain. Great communication and photos of the problem/work completed.. highly recommend.

Got a plumber out in 2 hours and did the job no problems excellent service

What a service. Came out to empty septic tank. Don't know how but the tank had emptied into the soakaway over night. David and his team still had a good luck (in the pouring rain) and took pictures and ran a camera up the pipes. NO CHARGE. Perfect gents. Don't bother going anywhere else. This company is No1 in my book. Not just because they didnt charge me for their time that was taken out of a busy working day. It was the willingness to still help. A huge Thank you to you all.

What an absolute joke of a company! I used this company to replace my septic tank and thought they were ok so asked them to come out again to take a look at the pump for me, they came out had a look confirmed I needed a replacement pump and then ghosted me for two years, for me to email them repeatedly to chase a follow up for the replacement of the pump, and now two years later they are chasing me to pay an invoice relating to the job they have ghosted me about. Absolutely laughable. Still need a replacement pump.

Further update- I have tried to be in contact with my local office regarding the terrible experience but they are not replying, so thank you for your response but they are obviously actively ignoring me if you are aware of the contact!
