Would be zero stars if possible. Rude, aggressive, unhelpful customer service. I book a taxi for the next day with a return later same day. They sent completely wrong confirmation details. Phoned to change it, they said they would rebook. Still no amended booking details and still wrong payment bill . Asked them to change the booking confirmation and bill to make sure they were paid correct money and to ensure driver would be told the correct amended time. Man on phone started shouting at me and cut me off. It was their mistake though!! Cancelled the booking and will never try to use them again. Just glad I hadn't paid yet.

Awfull horriable un reliable company never ever on time i pre book a taxi for the school run every single evening for the next morning and they never come on time im truely fed up now its over £10 fair each day and still cant be bothered to show up sat here waiting once again already half an hour late for school now disgusting ! This is the last time now im done STAY AWAY !!! Dont give them your time or money

Do not use this firm. Booked a taxi well in-advance. It was 35 minutes late and then sent me a text cancelling. When I called them they claimed they had called me a number of times. This was a lie. I was left stranded at 23:45 in a countryside hotel after a wedding with no way of getting home.
The attitude was appalling, couldn’t have been less interested and refused to send a car. Fortunately another firm - Jackson cabs was more helpful and arrived within minutes.

Dragon is unreliable and unhelpful.

Booked taxi for 4.40 am to take me to work arrived 5.15 making me 15 mins late again for work because of them had verbal warning from employer and lost 30 mins pay ,don't care less if you complain.im going to complain to council should have their license refused

Wanted to score them zero but you can’t . Booked a taxi to train station which is a ten minute journey but allowed thirty minutes to get a train to London hoping this time they would turn up . I cancelled the taxi after an hour after missing my train . I was told on the phone a taxi was next out for me after half hour nothing ! No text no communication from them to tell me this . Never again so not trust them if you need to get a train

I had an appointment 9/11/23 for 9am this morning, I booked my taxi via the app yesterday for 8.30am 8/11/23.
8 rang the office at 8.30 to see where my taxi was, to be told it would arrive shortly. However I had a phone call at 8.50am to say did I book a taxi and it's on the way. I contacted the health center where my appointment was for the DVLA, unfortunately they cancelled the appt. Now I have to wait and see if I can get another appt!
I've always used dragon who were always reliable and trustworthy, but unfortunately this experience has left me wondering if I do have another appointment would they turn up, so I'm thinking seriously about using dragon ever again! Unprofessional is an understatement 😪

Absolute shocking I order a taxi to work and home from 12 hour shift and the prices keep going up each time I order last night it it was 10.70 then on air drop was 10.20 the driver asked me to get cash out and just pay the 10.70 then another time on way to work I picked up someone who was on the way they charged me 13.40 phones dragon and all they said was it should be the same price each time and to just leave a review if I don’t get someone who is management to contact me I’ll take this higher it’s absolutely disgusting the prices

Terrible company. Booked a taxi for a train from Coity to Bridgend and gave 2 hours notice, and a no show. Do not use this company

What a awful taxi company some drivers are lovely but the people that answer the phones are beyond rude and will hang up on you the taxis are never on time and on many occasions I’ve been left waiting hours
I booked a taxi at 10:30 pm
They said it would be 20 mins
Rang back at 11:30 pm
And told it would be another 20 mins
Had to walk home in the rain for them to ring me at 1:10 am to say the taxi is on their way
What a joke of a company and this will be my absolute last time using them
Had nothing but bad experiences
But it’s sad that public transport is so unreliable where I live

Unbelievably inept and unprofeasional!! I prebooked on the recomendation of womens aid, who assured me that I would be safe traveling to my employment but no ...instead despite having a booking conformation was left alone in the dark on the side of the road in the rain and despite my ringing was told no cars available...thanks for the Loss of earnings!!

packing my luggage, and the taxi driver said it was too much, and we both argued and then he freaking DITCHED ME! LIKE WTH CAN SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE USELESS TAXI DRIVERS!?

Fantastic service, I have used them for years and they have always been 1st class, i left my phone in one of there taxis my mistake they brought it straight back. Thank you Dragon Taxis you are the best. 👍

If I could give them zero I would. Never turn up on time even when pre-booked hours before. The drivers seem to decide where they want to pick up from and as we live outside town we are continuously bounced to the bottom of the queue. I used to be a regular taxi user - particularly to the train station, but as I have been let down so many times by them I now tend to drive my car there - and have found it is actually cheaper to park there! Useless, unreliable company.

Taxi booked and confirmed 4 days before the travel. Taxi turned up 35 mins late.
I had to call the office to make the payment, then they overcharged me for the travel, but the phone operator was unhelpful, told me to fill out form online.

I wish to make a complaint. I had a taxi booked in order to catch a train this morning which didn’t turn up on time when I rang the operator I was told that there were no drivers available even though I had booked days before. I had to arrange alternative transport and ended up missing my train and incurring extra costs - clearly unacceptable - no apology

Awful service, kept my waiting nearly 2 hours for a taxi on a 'normal' day, there wasn't any traffic incident/event etc making traffic heavy. I would definitely not recommend them and I certainly won't be using them again.

The journey we took last Friday, travelodge Whitchurch was quoted on app as between £9 to £11. Was not happy when we arrived at wedding venue and was told cody was almost £16. Driver drove very slow on main road and certainly took a longer route than the 4,8 miles the map said it was. Not happy and thankfully will not have to use them again. Rip off!

Let down 4 times this year 2023 worse taxi firm in Newport

I booked a taxi using a card payment driver arrived and picked up someone else ! Taking them to a totally different destination which left me paying for there fare and having to book again to get home and payed again i work for the nhs in llandough and use dragon regular as I have done for years,but this left me fuming why did the driver pick up someone else as it was a card payment and take them to a totally different destination with me having to foot the payment?

Doesn't turn up at all or very late. Extremely unreliable. Avoid!
