Updated 09.01.22 - I have been offered a refund twice. Payment still not forthcoming... Item sent by 2nd class large letter, which cannot be tracked (more lies)... still not arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Can't comment on the item itself as still not received nearly a month later. I ordered item on the 5th December, still not received (28th). 1st chase I was promised delivery by the 17th, 2nd chase I was promised 1st class delivery on the 20th, 3rd chase on the 23rd December I was sent proof of postage (conviniently with no actual date of postage shown...) but also showing it had been sent 2nd class, so no chance at all that it would be here for Christmas... Still no reply to my last email asking for the actual delivery date. Shockingly bad customer service, essentially full of lies... First time customer and will never use again. Avoid!

Good socks. Received them very quickly. My daughter didn't want to give me any pair.
I will order another pack for me:)

Order still not received. Ordered 30/11

I ordered some PJ’s nearly a month ago. They’ve still not arrived. Do not buy from this company. Emails and screenshots sent.

Couldn’t of asked for a better service and to top it off the product is mint as.

The delivery was also speedy, receiving my parcel within a week !!!

So disappointed this looked like a lovely place to shop I did read reviews before placing my order and most were good but I seem to have the same trouble as what the bad reviews state I placed an order a week ago and have had no notification of my order being shipped and when I have emailed to enquire when I will receive my order I have received no response

Very helpful, answering all my questions, and very reasonable prices on all items.

It always feels a risk buying from somewhere new online but this one definitely paid off. I first bought a gorgeous pink jumper and everyone comments on it, it’s just lovely. I then bought myself and my daughter dresses which are both great quality and fit. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the website and back for more. Thank you Downtown Dolly!

A pleasure to deal with. It did take a while to receive the dress and when I did, unfortunately it didn’t fit. To be fair, as soon as I returned the item, a refund was given. Very nice.

I love the oversized denim jacket. It’s perfect for all seasons as the fur trims are removable and it goes with any outfit. Great quality!

Up date, my two returned items have finally been refunded (this saga started in May). I still don’t have the third item I ordered and still haven’t been refunded for it. Despite asking & sending a recorded delivery letter. I have also put the payment into dispute with my credit card company. Just like the other lady giving a bad review the owner of this company wrote to me and told me to, ‘Get a life’ and then blocked me! Very rude considering I was asking for a refund for something never received.

They sent the wrong size trainers, I informed them of the problem via email and I was told that I had to pay to return the trainers. (£7.30) that are there terms and conditions policy. It was their mistake.
After several email sent directly to the company Director in which I was accused me of bullying and shouting at her young staff , she then said she would not communicate with me any more.
I returned the trainer and paid the £7.30 The company refunded the cost of my purchase. But having agreed to pay for the return item.. they did not pay
With this company Buyers Beware

Ordered a few times and they never fail to please me, great quality, fair delivery time, and great communication would definitely recommend!!!
