Hope this scam company is not trying to open up again to con people...£1000 lost 2 years ago. No reply to emails and no phone number to contact.

I would give this company no stars if I could. PLEASE ANYONE who reads this avoid it. They take your money think of excuses not to give you your product of refund. My resistance bands I purchased in Feb 2021. Neve got a refund or the items. Others have lost thousands. Search Apex-Day 1 complaints on Facebook.

Scam!!! Do not purchase anything from Apex! No contact, no refund, no equipment!!! Well over a year I’ve been waiting and they ignore all contact you attempt!

I ordered about £1000 worth of kit back in November 2020 and still haven't received it. I was fobbed off in early 2021 when their AUS company tried to tell me there were shipment issues with the UK brand and to hold tight. It's now December 2022, 2 years on and I've had no kit delivered, no refund (despite chasing multiple times) and absolutely no communication. DO NOT BUY from this absolute scam of a company.

Amazing equipment and delivered on time. The half rack, olympic bar and plates have been well used and still look as new

No delivery, no refund and no communication. Scam company who take your money. They ignore emails and DMs on their social media while deleting comments too. Well over a year without my money returned to me

I wouldn't even give them one star at this point. Ordered like alot of others in jan 2021 a kettle bell which couldn't arrive due to getting stuck in Amsterdam something that was believable arounf the time. I asked for a refund as I would be going back to the gym and still haven't received this a year after ordering and not had a reply recently over email. After reading the other reviews the equipment didn't seem like it would of come anyway this company needs to be shut down before more people are scammed!

Pre-ordered a barbell and bumper set in January 2021 to be delivered in April 2021. Still haven’t received it and stopped replying to my emails. My credit card company won’t help as it’s been more than 120 days since I purchased. Sonny Webster is no longer associated with this brand. Avoid at all costs! Just want a refund don’t know how they can get away with this honestly.

All the other reviews are true, it has now been a year since i ordered products from them and i have not received my refund. They have given up emailing back as well.

My order took over 8 months to arrive, with items missing. Still waiting on remining items (currently 10+ months). Generic apology emails sent out but no action. They breached GDPR by emailing my contact info to 300+ customers by accident, so now I get emails whenever someone from that group wants to vent and 'replies to all'. They have also failed to respond to a 'Subject Access Request'. These last two points are legal requirements which they have just ignored. Can not stress enough how bad they are to deal with and how much time I have had to spend trying to make sure I am not left out of pocket. Please avoid them. There are much more reliable and equally affordable options out there, like Mirafit, Stengthshop uk etc.

Advertised on website 7-14 days delivery. Emailed on day 21 - nothing. Emailed & social media messaged on day 26 - nothing. Day 30 emailed paypal and launched complaint and refund requested. Day 36 got an email apologising from APEX with excuses and "maybe able to ship this week". Day 45 now and nothing from Apex but refunded through paypal. AVOID!

Disgrace of a company!

I ordered a decline bench back in September 2020 and still waiting for a refund..
Countless emails sent across multiple plate forms and I still can’t get a reply.
AVOID THESE THIEVES

I would not give them any stars whatsoever but had to register 1. DO NOT at all deal with this company. I am currently logging a fraud claim on them. I ordered weights in Jan 2021, they stated delays in supply giving all sorts of reasons, they agreed to a cancellation in May but then advised an 8 week timeline for my refund? Yet they know my order number and bank account details. They owe me over £1300.00 and it's now over 3 weeks past "their" refund timeline. They allegedly have passed the refund matter to their Australian Head Office but although I've requested contact details - they will not disclose nor respond to my polite emails either. I can't emphasise enough but DO NOT USE. (Apparently there are hundreds of others like me too).

Shocking company, steal your money
Ordered Olypmic plates in December, was promised them in February, recieved half an order in May after countless e mails and now ignore my e mails. If havent recieved an order I'd recommend going to the bank and claiming the money you paid back cowboys.

Put an order through months ago, it has never been fulfilled nor have they been able to refund me. Poor communication, GDPR violations with CCing all customers with orders they haven't fulfilled, absolute joke!

Simply unbelievable is the only way to describe the situation here. Ordered early January and still awaiting delivery in late July. Logistical issues seem to be the issue. I believe they have located an open mine and awaiting the drilling results whether there is iron ore present to commence construction.

Atrocious customer service. Ordered packages in Jan still have not received in July. I have had to make contact ever time to chase my orders. Genuinely feels if I had not done this the company would have been more than happy to take my money for no product. Terrible service. Terrible customer service and outright unprofessional would never recommend

This company is bankrupt do not order from them.

I know countless people that are owed a substantial amount of money.
The owner promised my order will be sent out spoke to me on the phone .
He flat out lied to me . After the phone conversation he didn't return any emails or messages.

From his own mouth . Apex is a franchise that is owned by himself in Australia. The UK franchise is based in Ireland and they have destroyed the UK business .
Shipments have not arrived and this company have spent all the pre order money.
So now they can not issue any refund. They will promise you a refund in 4 weeks and dissappear afterwards.
A group are now obtaining apex Australia information to sue the owner.

7 months and still waiting on a refund. £686 is a lot of money they shouldn’t be aloud to trade in the UK again. Constant emails sent only to be replied with sorry we will make you a priority to get refunded. If I’m a priority I’d hate to see what other are treated like. I’m a father of 4 and the only bread winner and I’ve explained all this I need my money back but nothing. Absolute joke of a company. The fact still posting sales on Instagram is a further kick in the *****
