I have never dealt with such an incompetent returns process in my life.
My item was misdescribed and approved for return, yet getting a usable returns label became a saga that dragged on for weeks. I repeatedly explained that I needed a QR code / Post Office printable label as I do not have access to a printer. Despite this being made crystal clear, Supplied Fashion kept sending the wrong type of label over and over again.
Broken links were resent.
Incorrect labels were sent.
Messages were clearly not read properly.
Instead of simply fixing the issue, I was forced into endless back-and-forth for something that should take two minutes to resolve.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a complete failure of basic customer service and internal communication. If you value your time, I would strongly advise thinking twice before ordering, especially if there’s any chance you may need to return an item.
A simple apology and the correct label would have avoided all of this. Instead, I got days of unnecessary stress and frustration. and I still have the item to return because of their incompetence and apathy.

I orders two gallery dept tshirts the delivery was very quick but when they came one of them had very bad and faulty stitching when I requested a return I did not get a response and when I sent a follow up email I also never received a email back almost two weeks without any response from the company
