Dotdigital product delivers on it's promises with easy to use segmentation, automated programs, and drag and drop templates. Really helped us to achieve our online sales targets especially during our busier periods.

Our monthly meetings with Jay, our Dotdigital account manager, are always really positive, productive and informative. We’ve also had great support through their online messaging service – they’re always quick to connect and answer any questions we have.

Very intuitive and easy-to-use. There's a good onboarding, so you have a very short learningcurve before sending your first email or setting up your first program. The Dotdigital team is very easy to reach in case of problems, or to help with challenges or defining the next step for your marketing strategy. The blog and training hub offer a lot of information to work independently.

Caroline is fantastic, very thorough and organised - pushing our account to the fullest potential. Dotdigital has been brilliant and we have only merely scratched the surface with our strategy. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall using the platform. Set up was very easy and ample training was provided by Anna and we have continued support from Amit, our account manager, moving forwards. I think the only improvements could be made to the email design area as this isn't as intuitive as some other platforms - minor niggle though as the platforms capability has been fantastic.

The webinar was very good and useful! Was somewhat quick paced and would be helpful if there was one more targeted for beginners on GDPR rather than just an update. Helpful that it was recorded though.

Our experience with DotDigital so far has been excellent. The platform is straightforward to use and the Live Chat feature is ideal for any queries, with staff always on hand to assist. Our Account Manager; Imran Jilani has been particularly helpful and quick to respond when we've had questions about our account.
