I used 4 or 5 marketing solutions for emails, automations and chat, Dotdigital is the best. It is simply to use but incredibly full featured, everything just works. Any issues I have are solved promptly with a great chat team that isn't a farm out service to somewhere else. Plus my monthly one on one meeting is continually helpful in pushing my success further.
