The Domar website is clear and easy to find the correct items for my requirements, delivery was next day. The setup of camera and recorder was quick and straight forward. The customer service was faultless, I managed to delete recorder settings and called Domar cusr service and received a call back within minutes and was up and running again in no time.

Not a problem, a couple of helpful emails and then Dormar loged on and sorted the problem for me.

Having researched cctv systems I picked Domar, as we needed grey cameras. I had a question about the system and received a quick and clear response via online chat.
Having purchased and installed the system the cameras (POE) did not connect automatically. Messages to Domar technical support remain unanswered some 10 days after sending the request.
Their automated response says they usually respond within 48 hours, up to 4 days if busy.
After a lot of online searching and a great deal of trial and error I eventually got the system working myself.
The instruction manual does not represent the equipment supplied. Online support videos also do not represent my system.
Now working the cctv clips are clear, but the lack of technical support is the reason for the 2 stars. Others have lost adversely commented on the lack of response.
I note a very quick response to this review asking for my original email to be resent as it might not have reached their inbox. It was received as that prompted the auto response containing expected reply times. Also, the request for support was through your website, so I don’t have an email to resend.

Bought this system to replace an older and cheaper system Hoping that the more expensive system would be better, but I was wrong. Every couple of days, one of my four cameras disconnects sometimes for several hours sometimes for a minute, but then sometimes for several days until I have to manually reconnect it. At this point, I’m having to reconnect cameras every three or four days The support I got a first was brilliant. Couldn’t ask For more but since they haven’t been able to solve my problem they’ve stopped replying to my emails. They’ve simply given up and now they ignore me. I bought this System because I needed security And it failed to give me that the cheap system had before was 100% reliable this Domar system is complete rubbish.BitVision app doesn’t work most of the time, playback is always high speed even tho set to x1. This system can’t do anything right , it’s completely unreliable

Domar are a great company to purchase CCTV things from. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff at competitive prices. The items arrived quickly and well packaged. If there is a problem or you need some help with setting things up, they are quick to answer the phone and answer your your questions. Cannot fault them
