Delivery on time very good

I've had to cancel my purchase of ZXtech cameras. As a newbie to home security I put a lot of time and effort into researching these cameras and had a number of outstanding queries that I sent to Domar.
They acknowledged receipt on 30th July: "Your request (41464) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

"Please note that we often respond within 24h – 48h, but sometimes (in very rare and complicated cases) you will have to wait 3-4 business days for our response. We ALWAYS reply to ALL of our customers."

12 days later I've heard nothing more.

I can only assume that they don't have enough people to handle the level of business they're generating and so I have zero confidence that the company can provide a decent post-purchase service.

Very disappointing as I was looking forward to these.

I have waited to review these cameras for a couple of weeks. Giving me time to iron out any faults etc.
Well, what can I say, FANTASTIC, the picture quality is fabulous 👌 very clear, true colours. I have purchased this to upgrade a system from a different company that I wasn't pleased with.
This system has been easy to set up, easy to view, easy to search and rewatch previous content.
The information booklet is very simple to read and understand. Made the whole process run exceptionally smoothly.
I can honestly say that we will never go to any other company. This company has been fantastic with advice. Products are outstanding.

Exellent product,did have problem installing it but that was due to me and Chris on helpline soon put me straight with quick response to our E Mail and phone call

First cameras i had both went faulty within a few years, turning on and off. I decided to replace so purchased again (newer version).
Stats say 30fps, however that's NOT true if you have WDR on, which is pretty standard these days.
Contact Domar, the inital and slowly helped by providing information to turn WDR off, but that's just moved the issue somewhere else... Domar now refused to reply to several messages, hence the bad review and avoiding the issue. Disgusting
I wont ever buy from them again.
