Placed order on 30th April. Have followed this up with 2 emails. No response and still no goods. Doesn't come across as a genuine company. AVOID!!!

Do not order from this company, no address for returns, ignoring their own contact form...do not order...the shoes were made out of wood. Scammers

I generally can't fault this boutique! I'm personally old school and I like to go to retail stores to try on clothes, but this virtual clothing store is really something else. The quality, shipping, and service are beyond amazing. I just turned years old and I was wearing the red dress I bought here. I had so many compliments!

I bought 2 dresses the material is like polystyrene cheap nothing like shown on website I want my money back!!

Ordered an “engraving pen” from this company. Total waste of money. Not as shown in the advertising video. Does not even cut paper without tearing it. It is impossible to manoeuvre and feels uncomfortable in the hand. Would like to give 0 stars but it won’t let me.

Very slow at sending purchase. Despatch showed Evri delivery. Link took you to Whistl. Well over a week before any movement. When it arrived, a pair of shoes, they didn't fit - too small - have written twice asking for a return address as there is nothing on the parcel/web site. I'm still waiting.

I have reported this company as scam on Facebook. I was interested in purchasing something from their advertisement but I never order before reading the reviews on Trustpilot.

Only giving one star because it won’t let me give lower. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a Christmas present on 6th December which has never materialised and sent several emails but received no response. Don’t order from here - you will lose your money

This website is a con. They do not respond to emails at all. No way of calling them. Do no use this!!!!They are Cons stealing your money! Be very careful. I’m reporting this now to the fraud squad.

I ordered two items and I haven’t received the more expensive item.
I have emailed several times, but not received any reply.

Ordered two hats took about 12 days to come one was great the other they stuck in bag completely different now want £4.99 to return for a hat costing £9.99 can not get service on line not good service buyers beware
