Ordered an item, when it arrived it was not what I ordered. Sent email and photo of item but no customer service and no way of returning it. Never wi use again. Complete daylight robbery.

I ordered a Domom handheld heath bag sealer. Once received I opened the pack and I was underwhelmed by the item. It doesn’t work properly and I burned my finger. I’d like to return it but after reading the reviews I have little hope that the customer service will ever respond

I bought a mask in the advertisement it looks good value for money however on receiving the mask it wasn’t latex and there was no hair on the mask but on the advertisement there was hair on the chin and top of the head. I had none of this. I feel I was scammed a waist of money in fact it was rubbish

A site that should not be trusted. Money taken and my item has not been delivered.No explanation given! No response from Customer services after 3 attempts. Beware!!!

I ordered a shower tray which arrived but cannot be clipped around the shower support rail. I have emailed 3 times for a return address for the item - no response. Don't buy anything from them, the exact same item is advertised on other named sites too.

Disaster. Ordered some kit and want to return. Have emailed Dolphome’s non-existent Customers Service Dept for return details and have been ignored. Joke outfit.

I ordered two shower shelves
I tried to fit them as shown in the video, but they are too big (loose on the pipe work)
I tried to contact Dolphome, but get no replies
The shelves are not as described and are basic plastic design
I won’t be buying anything from the internet again (and definitely not from Dolohome)

Prices and good and they have a wonderful selection.

Absolute joke of a company .. if it is a company no communication been waiting 4 weeks for a makeup bag they take your money and that’s that

Purchased three shower trays. Poor quality product not fit for purpose and 1 arrived damaged. Warranties are worthless as the company simply does not respond to correspondence. AVOID.

I ordered the clear kitchen hooks. Advert on Facebook made them look fantastic. My hooks arrived with out any adhesive. Avoid company at all costs

I'd originally given Dolphome 1 star as I had zero comms from them and assumed it was a scam. However, I then received an email with tracking details, I tried to contact them but there was no response. However, today the item arrived and is better than expected. So I'd give them low marks for communication, but clearly they are genuine and the product I purchased is perfect. 4 stars due to poor comms, otherwise it would be 5

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!
I've ordered an item from this company, very pore quality therefore wanted to return. Sent few emails requesting return address confirmation, but was never contacted back. I'm out of pocket and the piece of s**t item was put in the bin.

Ordered my item 2/6/23 still not received. Unable to track as it’s not in English. Do not respond to emails! Therefore do not respond to complaints.
Will be asking PayPal to investigate and refund.

Scam scam scam

Ordered two dresses on 13th June and I didn't receive them so I take it has been a scam and I am out of pocket

I have been trying to contact this company first least a month. When they eventually replied that state that they cannot find my details, order, e-mails or record of any payment.
I will be contacting PayPal to resolve this issue.

I haven't received my order yet. It's over a month now.
