Great prices and a good fit for the most part. I've never returned an item, but I imagine they would be responsive.

The items are at great prices and are great quality, and customer service is quick to respond and fix any issues.

After posting my negative review on this website because I didn't get my order and filing for a refund through PayPal, They refunded my money and told me, should the items still arrive to consider them a gift.

I am trying to return 2 items, and it says I need to attach files, what does this mean? Is there a reason I need to say this in 100 characters or more.

I needed cool stage shirts for my bands and found them at Dolphome at great prices and free shipping on my order. I'll shop here again when the time comes.

I wont shop from them again or recommend it. It looks like you are getting a really good deal. You are actually flipping a coin that's worth and you have 1/4 chances of getting what you want and 3/4 chances of getting ripped off.

i have sent 4 emails this evening and not one has been received by them so it says. The goods I ordered on their opening page cost £16.37 which included Postage and Packing but I have been charged £23.97 as I say I have queried this 4 times but no answer received. I am there fore canceling the payment with Paypal

Everything from choosing an item to placing an order went fast. I recevied the package in the mail qiute fast as well and when I opened it I was very happy with my purchase.

Some clothing fits OK - some is made so badly with the stitching and shaping in all the wrong places. Over all, the products are very cheap.

My last order was a Christmas dress. I found it pretty fast and I think they had the same items in their store in the past. I wanted to buy it then, but somehow changed my mind, so I was very happy that they decided to have it again.

Do not even respond to emails. Have reported them to trading standards. The quality of the item received was so far from the picture advertised. shocking

Ordered a shower attachment which wouldn't fit around the shower pole so tried to return. After many attempts at emailing, no response. Payment was taken by Labubu so avoid both website companies like the plague. Found them on Facebook, don't be conned.

I purchased 3 light up skipping balls for my Granddaughters. One doesn't work, I have emailed on numerous occasions but no reply.

Lovely items, exactly as advertised. Took 3 weeks to arrive after ordering, I think this is because they came from China. Very good value and well packed.
