Keinen einzigen Stern wert! Ware kommt nie an, keine Antwort auf E-mail, telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Habe den Fall PayPal übergeben, so wie viele andere Käufer auch.
Langsam vergeht einem das Online-Einkaufen gründlich..... lieber paar Franken mehr bezahlen und im Geschäft holen, sonst sitzt man stundenlang am PC oder Telefon...

Leider bin ich auch reingefallen bezahlt und Ware kommt nicht an.
Das ist die Schweiz.....,!?

Begrijp niet dat de website nog in de lucht is als in 2018 al sprake was van surseance.
Niks bestellen. Je krijgt geen product, niet je geld terug en ook geen contact

Bestellingen nog steeds niet binnen. Op mail wordt niet gereageerd. Ik kan geen telefoonnummer vinden om ze te bellen. Ik wacht intussen 5 weken.

Die Ware ist bei mir - trotz Bezahlung direkt bei der Bestellung - nie angekommen. Auf Rückfragen per Email keine Antwort. Kundendienst Hotline nie erreichbar. Klarer Scam - NICHT BESTELLEN.

Besteld en betaald maar niks ontvangen en geen reactie op klachten

Ordered a sat nav on 12th June. Expected delivery 23rd June.
I’ve emailed twice and no response. Will have to seek a refund via my credit card company. I would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Item should have arrived 2 weeks ago - ordered on 13th June. I have sent various emails to query where the item is and have no reply.
I have also tried the contact number but this cuts off after some ringing every time.
I wish I had never ordered from Dodax as I don’t think it’s legitimate!

They're great! A little slow at responding at first, but they made sure I received what I ordered and gave me the option to cancel due to possible delays! My experience with Dodax was very positive and I live in the USA. You just have to know orders will take long and not be impatient. They do carry quality merchandise. My package was shipped fro Switzerland even though I dealt with Dodax,UK via email. Great work guys! Love my brand new Cro Mags 5 cd live set they sent to me!

I ordered on 9th June but I still waiting my coffee beans to be delivered.
No reply & no refund.

Buch bestellt, warte seit Wochen. Hotline nicht bedient. Betrug, Abzocke, Mafia. Nie wieder!

Order has never arrived they provided tracking which stated the item had never left their warehouse. 4 emails since they just ignore the worst customer service ever.

They have money I have no goods the tracking details provided are false.

You can’t even get a response from their support team they ignore emails, yet they responded once a PayPal case opened on that and provided invalid tracking, so hopefully PayPal will see through that and I will finally get a refund.

Useless, don't bother. Placed a substantial order, nothing has arrived. Customer service non-existant - no reply from their email.

Saw the terrible reviews, but couldn't see how a website that offered PayPal could be that bad because PayPal has a very customer-friendly refund system. Took a chance and bought a Samsonite SPECTROLITE 3.0 bag. DPD tracking was immediately activated and I could see exactly where my package was. And got in a week ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Very happy.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, only the PayPal invoice. I wish I would have looked here first. I suspect I've been scammed :-(

21st July 2022 - PayPal have swiftly refunded the purchase. Good on them!

Bestellung eines Buchs vor 10 Tage. Wenn ich mich einlogge bei Dodax „ noch in Bearbeitung“. Liefertermin wäre vor 4 Tagen. Hotline hängt auf nach 10 Sek. Also keine Hilfe möglich. Auf Nachfrage per Mail, keine Antwort.
Ich werde nie mehr bei Dodax bestellen. Das war das erste und das letzte Mal.

I ordered from here before I read the reviews. After waiting past the delivery date I contacted customer services and looked at reviews. I was absolutely scared stiff that I’d been scammed I contacted customer services again after another 2 weeks and my order has finally come today phew!!! If you don’t mind waiting it’s great but I did wait a month and a half for my item but it did come. I ordered an inflatable corner sofa that cost over £100 and sold out everywhere I’m so happy

Keine Antwort auf Fragen bzüglich Lieferung - im voraus bezahlt- keine Lieferung. :-(

Schrijven via site dat het binnen een week gelevert kan worden,nu 5weken later nog niks ontvangen.staat al 2 weken op verzonden.
Eerste en laatste keer dat ik hier besteld heb.

Tot op de dag van vandaag mijn CD nog steeds niet ontvangen. Bijna 3 weken verder en de status staat nog op in verwerking. Iedere dag mailen maar geen reactie!
Kijk goed uit! Bestel hier niet!
