New customer onboarding very smooth

Our company has just moved from another provider. The onboarding process was smooth and the setup straight forward. The customer portal is easy to use and gives us all the information we need about transactions etc.
All the team members we have spoken to have been friendly and helpful.
So far, so good!

DNA have looked after my business…

DNA have looked after my business credit card machine for a few years now and even though I’m leaving to move my business to another city, they have been so helpful, kind and understanding. It’s good to be able to speak with an actual human being. Ellie was great and totally on the ball, didn’t keep me waiting and was polite and professional.
