Ibrahim helped resolve the issues I had with my card terminals he was patient and helpful and over the phone he helped me solve the issues and get up and running.

DONT USE….Decided to leave DNA and they literally cut our contract within one hour of my email whilst I was under the impression I had to give 30 days contract…
Not able to answer any questions when phoning customer support and emails ignored…

We strongly advise businesses to avoid using DNA Payments due to our extremely disappointing experience.
We signed up with DNA Payments and processed two customer payments on 6th May 2026 for £50.97 and £33.98. As per our Merchant Agreement, the settlement was supposed to be deposited into our business bank account on 7th May 2026. However, the funds were never received.
On 8th May 2026, we received an email from Jo McCarthy, Transaction Monitoring Analyst at DNA Payments, requesting additional information regarding the transactions. We fully cooperated and promptly provided all requested documents, including Royal Mail tracking information, proof of delivery, and customer sales invoices.
Despite submitting everything requested, on 13th May 2026 we received another email stating that our merchant services would be terminated effective 13th July 2026. Shockingly, DNA Payments still failed to explain why our settlement funds were withheld.
We contacted their customer service department multiple times, including three calls on Friday and two additional follow-up calls afterwards. Every time we were told someone would get back to us regarding our missing settlement payments, but no one ever responded.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Businesses rely on payment processors to honour their Merchant Agreements and release legitimate settlements on time. Instead, we experienced withheld funds, poor communication, and no resolution despite providing all requested evidence.
As a result, we at AROMA MAGIC LTD have filed a formal complaint with the FCA regarding what we believe to be fraudulent and unfair business practices. We are also preparing legal action against DNA Payments for failing to honour the signed Merchant Agreement.
Businesses should think very carefully before trusting DNA Payments with their transactions.
