Getting increasingly concerned- placed order on 1st Feb, website states 14 day delivery but not heard anything since order confirm - have tried ringing and it just rings out & goes to voicemail and email not responded to. If there it’s delay I just need to be informed

Awaiting order for 24/02 and then I will submit a review on my experience, but so far so good communication via email.

Great quality tongue and groove panelling from this company. It arrived when it said it would, was well made and great value when compared with what is sold in DIY stores. The panels are a good size at 60cm wide and I found them easy to cut, sand and paint. I have ordered more as the quality and service were really good.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the lack of customer service from this company has been disappointing. I placed an order for panels on the 24th January and have yet to receive them. My email requesting an update and expected delivery date has gone unanswered. Phone calls ring out before going to voicemail.. I hope to receive a response to this review, as there seems to be no other way to reach the company. I am happy to amend this review if someone can provide an update. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, especially for small businesses, but I have exhausted all other options for making contact.

Realised I had made a massive error and left it extremely late to order my wall panelling the team pulled out all the stops to get it to me ASAP, the panelling is great quality and looks fantastic.

Ordered just before Xmas and arrived just after.
OK, so it took over 2 weeks but then, it WAS Xmas time.
The panels look good and were well packaged.
They were also competitively priced.

Like many others I waited a long time for the panels to be delivered, so long that I thought I'd been scammed.
However, the worst thing is the panels themselves. Absolute cheap rubbish and a waste of good money. I can't believe the other reviews that say they're happy with the panels.

I installed wall panels in 2022 on a wall that I had previously had to re-paint every few months due to salt coming through (old house, no proper foundations). The wall panels dealt with the issue perfectly and looked great.

I have just received my second order which I received within 4 days of placing the order. This was a standard product order, not bespoke, but, even so, this was excellent service so close to Christmas.

Knowing how easy it was to install the first set I’m actually looking forward to this DIY project! Thank you!

Ordered panelling 18/11, had no response regarding my order, despite multiple emails, really disappointing, if they are struggling to meet demand, at least an email update would be appreciated, wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered panelling on 12 November. I’ve received no updates on the order. I’ve emailed twice looking for an update and got no replies. I have called multiple times and it always goes through to voicemail. I can see from other reviews this is not unusual. I’m hoping my negative review may prompt a response so I can finally figure out if I will receive the items I paid for.

I contacted company before my purchase as wanted to make sure the order will arrive on time. I received reply that it will so I completed purchase. Not only that the order didn't arrive, they don't pick up the phone or respond to emails. I requested cancellation of the order and still nothing. Absolutely shocking company. Got two more bathrooms to do but will never order again from them.

***Edit so paneling turned up on Saturday as promised, better late than never. I’m going to be honest, it looks great! My husband fitted it the same day, it was easy to hang and was up in a couple of hours. Quality is good and it was so reasonably priced.
Paneling is definitely 5 star unfortunately it’s just the customer service that lets it down. That’s why I’ve knocked off one star

***Edit 27/11 I have just received an email from a lady named Natalia who was very apologetic for the delay and explained they are experiencing a high number of orders at the moment. She has promised my order will be with me by Saturday and that she is personally going to keep an eye on it for me. So fingers crossed it’s here Saturday. I’ll update if and when my order arrives. I’m hoping they pull it out the bag for me as I had high hopes for this place. I’ll update once ny order arrives.

Hi, I don’t normally leave negative reviews but customer service for this company is non existent.
I ordered panels at the beginning of the month which I’m still waiting for. I have emailed the company for an update and expected delivery date which has been ignored. I have tried to ring multiple times, calls ring out then go to voicemail, mysteriously if you try to call straight back calls then just go straight to voicemail without ringing.

I’ve noticed that other negative reviews on trustpilot have been answered promptly so it seems that it takes leaving a bad review to receive a reply.
It’s unfortunate really as the actual products look good quality and are reasonably priced. All I am asking for is an update on my order.

Hoping to receive a reply to this review as there is no other way to communicate with this company.

Some reviews were very negative which was concerning. However, I had help from the lady in the office and the goods arrived when she said they would. Happy to use this company again.

I ordered five panels, and to start with, delivery was quick — they arrived within a week. When I emailed beforehand to ask about delivery times so I could plan, the response was friendly and prompt.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. I paid extra to have the panels primed, but they arrived with hard lumps that had to be sanded down and re-primed before they could be painted. The panels didn’t fit together well, leaving visible gaps once installed. My partner is a carpenter, so it wasn’t an issue of poor installation — one panel was actually bowed and wouldn’t stay flat against the wall without excessive nailing.

There were two areas where paint simply wouldn’t stick, even after four coats and just showed dark marks. The result looked so poor that we had to remove the panels entirely.

I’m really disappointed, especially given the cost, and the lack of response from the company has made it even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
