DIY Wall Panelling were so helpful when I approached them for bespoke, made to measure panelling. They were quick to respond to emails and followed up regularly once the order was placed to keep us up-to-date on the progress. We are very pleased with the quality of the panelling, which fitted perfectly.

I've bought panels from these guys a few times and have always found the product great and fairly priced. When I've called, the people I've spoken to have been friendly and really helpful. Last time there was a bit of a mix up with deliveries which was resolved absolutely brilliantly. Loads of very quick communication with Natalia who went way beyond what was necessary to sort out the problem. This is what makes the difference.

Fantastic product, Easy to fit, Professional finish for a fairly quick DIY job. I had a wall with poor plaster so chose the "Backed" version. I am so pleased with the finished result. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Great product from a great company. I used no-nails to attach to wall, caulk to fill tiny gaps, then 2 coats of MDF sealer then two coats of our chosen emulsion. Very happy customer. Note- the website does state 3 weeks is the estimated delivery date as they are made to order.

I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago, I’ve not received my order or any updates. The business hasn’t replied to my email or social media messages.

The product and customer service were excellent. I had a few queries, which were answered promptly and when I placed my order, I was kept informed throughout. The finished product looks amazing.

Not yet installed but as far as ordering, communication and delivery so far all has been excellent. No complaints.

Good product but delivery was very slow took about 3 weeks I think to come. Then sent 2 lots out And obviously wanted the extra one back. But would use again.

Good value for a start. Kept informed of progress and delivery. Came well packaged. Product itself is well made. Recommended

Panels were made out of mdf, the “v” groves were only slightly recessed with the bottom of the recess very rough. After painting they did look better than when initially installed.

Very helpful, polite service - couldn’t do enough to help and turned order around quickly to fit my timescale. Excellent product - looks fab. Thank you.
