We genuinely appreciate you recommending us. Word of mouth makes a huge difference to a business like ours, and it never goes unnoticed.
We’ll be here whenever you need us again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Our orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services and notifications are usually sent automatically once an order leaves us. We appreciate you flagging this, as it is important that customers receive clear dispatch and tracking information.
We will review this internally to make sure everything is working as it should. Thank you again for your positive rating.
EVRI a disaster
Ordered on a Sunday evening so didn’t expect parcel until Tuesday. Monday was a terrible day, pouring of rain all day and extremely windy, on Tuesday as I was going to be out I went round to unlock side gate and put a note on front door to leave parcel behind back gate.To my horror there was my parcel, sopping wet. It had been thrown over 6 foot gate and left all day and night, no note or card through letterbox to say it had been delivered.
I phoned Discounted Cleaning who were very apologetic. I said I was amazed that my parcel was delivered the next day and they explained that they work 7 days a week. They are going to take this up with EVRI.
EVRI didn’t know what was in my parcel but still threw it over the gate, it could have smashed and given the weather, been ruined. No note, nothing!!
From a exceptional turn around from Discount clearing EVRI have let them down terribly.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed 5-star review, Joy. We’re really sorry to hear about how the delivery was handled — that’s certainly not the standard we expect from our couriers, especially given the weather conditions you described.
We’re pleased we could speak with you directly and explain how the order was dispatched so quickly, but we completely understand your frustration with how EVRI handled the delivery. As mentioned, we will be taking this up with them, as leaving a parcel in that condition and without any notification is unacceptable.
Thank you for your understanding and kind words about how our team handled the situation. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we truly appreciate your support.

Thank you for your 5-star review. We’re pleased your mop handle arrived safely, but we’re sorry that you weren’t kept informed about the delivery timing. That’s something we should always communicate more clearly.
Occasionally, orders can be delayed slightly due to stock checks or quality issues, and while we make sure the item is sent as soon as possible, we appreciate that better updates would have helped in this case. Your feedback is very helpful and something we’ll take on board to improve our communication going forward.
Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to leave a review.

Good value product and very quick dispatch. The only reason I took off a star is because they used Evri for delivery - they are awful and delivered to the wrong house, I then had to go out and track down the door I saw in the photo.
