So long processing
So long processing, waiting 5 days, still didn’t receive my parcel

Odpowiedź od Discounted Cleaning Supplies
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel.
Your order was placed on 29 April and was dispatched the same day. The tracking shows the parcel was collected by the courier that evening, reached London the following morning, and went out for delivery on 30 April.
The tracking then shows “Customer rejected” at 17:02 on 30 April, followed by a return being initiated by the courier. Because of this, the parcel is now showing as being returned through the courier network rather than continuing delivery.
We understand this is frustrating, but there was no delay in processing or dispatching your order from our side. Please contact our customer services team so they can review the tracking with you and advise on the next steps.

Thanks again for your order and for your lovely comments. It is very much appreciated.
I got what I wanted at a good price
I got what I wanted at a good price. It would be better if they used Royal Mail for delivery then packages would come to my flat door rather than being left in the communal area.

The product and service was excellent but courier delivery very poor - did not follow instructions on the door so the parcel was sopping wet when my neighbour told me it was there. Would use this company again though.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to speak with us.
We’re really pleased you were happy with the product and the service from our team, but we’re genuinely sorry the delivery experience caused frustration. We know how disappointing it is to find a parcel not left where requested, especially when the weather gets involved.
Although the contents were thankfully unaffected, we completely understand why the situation was frustrating. We will continue to raise feedback with our courier partners where delivery instructions are not followed, as this is important to us and our customers.
We do really appreciate you saying you would use us again, and we hope your next order is smooth from start to finish.
