Ordered a bench grinder which failed after about 18 months. Contacted them not expecting a positive response but they w.ere brilliant. Asked me to return the grinder f.o.c, they couldn't repair it so gave me a full refund.

I bought a plasma cutter instructions on assembly were either missing or vague in the operation and maintenance leaflet I got . But fairly straightforward I could not get it to cut with the built in compressor cutting 2mm thick angle and no pipe from the moisture pipe to the unit supplied ,I put a compressor coupler on one side of the moisture trap instead of using the pipe fitting and jubilee clip supplied for ease of use .once connected to my compressor it cut well and I’m very happy with it for the price it’s light weight and compact .

Bought a safe from them many years ago and managed to misplace the key forget the code. Contacted Dirty Pro Tools and they were unbelievably helpful. Eventually located the key and instructions from Dirty Pro Tools on resetting all the codes worked a treat

Cant fault them or the quality of the decking kit and weather permitting as its too hot at the moment!! (never thought I would type that) expecting my back yard to look great very soon.

Purchased a multitool strimmer from them last year 2022.Had a problem with head. Replaced within days under warranty. Pull cord failed this year. Replaced within 24 hours and at a reasonable cost. Excellent customer service. Great to deal with. Reply quickly to questions. I highly recommend Dirty Pro Tools.

My first swivel, recliner with massage/heated chair, i read a couple of reviews but they didn't help, This chair is worth every penny, the massage settings has 5 modes, the heat is back only. I am very happy, the delivery was a little late but only because we didn't account for the bank holiday, but when it arrived very happy.

When you purchase anything you hope it will arrive in one piece and all is great. However on the odd occasion things get damaged or parts are missing you really hope for a great support team that will quickly resolve your issues without hassle. Terrible customer service. AVOID!!! Bought a “professional lawn spreader” the gearbox was faulty and jumped so didn’t spread. Many emails and phone calls. They don’t respond!!! The final phone call committed to “deal with it today” - nothing happened!!!

Bought 3 drill guards from them via Ebay - good quick delivery. one turned up broken- damaged during transit - contacted via Ebay replacement was sent out immediately without quibble!
Will use again !

I ordered a six gun cabinet from Dirty Pro Tools through eBay UK and the cabinet arrived today and is perfect for me to keep my air rifle , air pistol and everything else in ( air tank, ammo, targets etc).
This cabinet is really well made and secure and should last me a lifetime 😃😃😃

Really helpful when I had a question about a 5 litre pressure sprayer I bought off them on ebay, quickly resolved, replied to me within a couple of hours, can highly recommend. Waiting for the rain to stop so I can spray the weeds.

Company provides prompt and Excellent Service

I bought a large safe a few months ago but only recently installed it. It was a good price and quickly delivered free of charge. I found the lock to stick intermittently so I contacted Dirty Pro Tools and they immediately replaced the lock and keys without question. I was impressed by the service and response to my problem. I would buy from them again without concern.

Bought a D Pro drill press which arrived with some minor damage, contacted seller and replacement part was dispatched immediately. Would certainly buy from them again. Very happy with the drill which is great value for money.

Ordered a Home Multi Gym through Amazon, item arrived as expected but there were a few missing bolts/nuts.
Contacted the seller via Amazon chat and replacements were shipped the same day. FedEx was delayed due to the snow, but I was kept fully informed.
