Had a maintenance done by Reece. Absolutely amazing experience and an extremely polite young man. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Perfect service provided by this company. The young gentleman who came home was perfectly in time, polite and smiley, and her even removed his shoes as soon as he came in. Job perfectly done in less than 10 minutes. Thanks

Reece was prompt, pleasant and highly efficient. What more could you want. He even took his shoes off.

Reece carried out my alarm maintenance service this morning. I received a reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment, he was on time, charming, polite and professional and kept me informed at every stage of what he was doing and gave me detailed information on my battery life. I recommend Reece highly.

Darren did a great job on his recent survey. Thanyou. Kim

Reece turned up on time, was extremely polite and efficient. Suggested an upgrade but wasn’t at all pushy.
Couldn’t have been easier

Our security review was carried out today by Reece. He arrived within the time slot we'd been allocated, was polite and kept me informed as to what he was doing. He also answered a couple of simple questions I had.

Reece was friendly and polite. All good.

I have used Direct Security for several years. Reece my regular engineer is cheerful, friendly, polite, patient and is very knowledgeable with regard to answering any alarm related questions I may have. He always takes his shoes off when he comes into my house, which I find particularly endearing as it shows the respect he has for peoples home. Reece is an asset to the company.

Prompt, professional and friendly. Excellent seevice
Great to see Reece as always a first class service.

Although the service guys are very efficient, the prices they charge for the batteries for WiFi systems is nothing short of a rip off. At least a 100% markup (14 batteries at £83)
Bearing in mind this is on top of the Service charge !
I have questioned this cost but feel it is really excessive
