I needed the lock changed to the Front door of the house. I messaged looking for a quote and I was given one that was extremely reasonable for the lock the change of the lock.

Terry was absolutely amazing worked to my time frames was very patient with me and was very friendly to talk to as well. He wasted no time and had the lcok fitted and ready to use quickly, he also ensured that it worked and that I had a go with it to make sure I could use (which although sounds silly was really nice to know how it worked and to make sure I could do it).

Overall from start to finish Terry and Tom were helpful, polite and efficient, really happy that I went with these guys. There were no hidden fees and it says what it was on the tin pretty much. Amazing service.

Terrace was very friendly. He came on the same day we called. He fixed the door and did not overcharge. He did not try to fix parts that did not fixing in order to charge more which is greatly appreciated. He also had great stories! Very kind and polite person.

Had to call for an emergency locksmith tonight due to my key breaking in the lock and getting locked out in the rain..
I called Pro locks and spoke to a very friendly gentleman called Terry. Terry was on the doorstep in 15 minsand had my lock out and refitted with a top quality lock and three new keys in no time at all. Then came the painful bit,. I wasn't looking forward to the call out charge, labour costs and the price for thelock and keys but there was no need for me to worry as the price was a lot better than I expected by a long way. Excellent customer service. Thank you Terry.

Tommy and his dad came to the rescue one evening and were friendly, professional and honest. Fortunately it wasn't a big job. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future again, if needed.

Terry arrived on the same day as my call out and proceeded to work on the lock immediately.

I called and spoke to Terry about my problem He arrived at my door in less than an hour. His son Tommy arrived a few minutes later. It took them less than 30 minutes to sort out the issue. Very friendly family team. Money well spent.

I don’t often write reviews but I feel compelled to do so.

I had a dodgy lock which got stuck and I often rely on friends and family for recommended locksmiths. After not hearing back, I did a google search and found pro-locks as the local locksmith to me. I gave them a call and within 15 minutes of the call both Tommy and Timmy turned up and what a brilliant, hardworking father and son team they turned out to be.

On diagnosing the problem, the job should’ve taken around 15 minutes, however due to the honest nature of these people, it in fact took them about three hours to fix the issue due to other issues with the door. They would not leave until the job was completed to a high standard and the door fully secured. During this time with the door open, the outside temperature was minus 2 and both of these individuals continued to work tirelessly and professionally in solving the issue. They even went as far as realigning our door as that was creating an issue with the locking mechanism.

I can honestly say that this team went about their business in a meticulous yet very friendly manner and without frustration despite the longevity of the job.

In my dealings with many different businesses and trade’s people, Pro Locks Limited went above and beyond the call of duty that I have never experienced from other businesses before.

They are true to their word and are very, very reasonable in their prices.

If I could, I’d give them a 10 star review as they were honest throughout and did far more than what was first thought to get the job completed.

Polite & prompt, old school touch👌Organised Pro-Locks 2 days before exchange/completion on a portfolio of properties from another landlord who had some problem tenants. Our usual locksmith was unable to come out. My brother & I are originally from West London so do not know Slough that well (Thank God for Google), we are property investors who have recently started investing in Slough and other SL postcodes. Terry was there 15 minutes early and ready, we got handed the keys by the vendor and Terry got to work on the locks straight away.
