I ordered the apple watch for a Christmas gift. The item was tracked and said it was in transit for 8 days on the way to be delivered to Australia. On day 8 I received an email saying that it couldn't be fulfilled and canceled completely.
Perplexed me how an item couldn't be fulfilled when it clearly has gone through customs, despatched from the ports and marked as in-transit. No reason was given as to why the watch couldn't be fulfilled.
I bought this item in the hopes that I could avoid the peak Christmas congestion. Now I am left without a gift as I am heading overseas next week. To add injury to insult I was charged a foreign transaction fee that was never refunded. I am reporting this company to consumer watchdog Australia for their unethical behaviour.
Terrible service and experience never again from this website!!!!

Just received a brand new Samsung tablet, exactly as described and came in a week. I had no confirmation email either but well plleased as a good price. Saved me at east £40.

Ordered a Samsung S21 Ultra
Ordered a Samsung S21 Ultra, I'm in the UK, I searched on Google.co.uk, I ordered from their website dimprice.co.uk and I end up with a phone from the UAE 😡
Price was good and they delivered on time, but cheeky to be selling foreign phones as the warranty won't be honoured by Samsung UK.
I wouldn't recommend or use this company again.

Absolutely rubbish company, do not buy from them. I ordered and received my goods and tried to return them the same day, all of a sudden the serial number didn’t match their record. Absolute BS, they don’t take returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Smooth Fast Service
Purchased 2 phones from this company to be delivered to 2 different addresses. Both arrived within 48 hours and was a very efficient process. I needed to contact them separately for additional information and received required information very promptly. Would use again without hesitation.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I placed and paid for an order and received no confirmation of my order. After waiting 2 days I made several attempts at contacting Dimprice using their on line contact form, the WhatsApp number they have published and on email, none of which received a reply. When I looked at their website again the item I ordered for £164 had gone up to £249. It seems as if they have no intention of supplying the item for the price I paid and think that by ignoring me I’ll just go away. Customer Service at its very worse…deal with this company at your peril.
