Placed an order believing their 4-6 day delivery promise. Ten days after it allegedly shipped, they said the warehouse would change my order to priority status (difficult if it was indeed already on route). Another 5 days until it arrived, too late to be of use.
Customer service replies slow and largely irrelevant.
Not sure I even trust them to organise a refund.

I have placed an order and asked them to cancel the order in few hours as i changed my mind. Its been 2 days they haven’t cancelled my order. I can see they haven’t post the item yet so still they have time to cancel the order and deliberately they are not cancelling it. Im very disappointed with their customer service. I have emailed them but haven’t got any help yet. I really want to cancel my order and get full refund please

I’m today 12 days waiting for the device to arrive with no luck. Their customer service is hopeless and their answers irrelevant. I don’t recommend dealing with this company. It’s a waste of time, money and efforts.

I bought Oculus Quest 2 VR headset, but there are dead pixels in 10 days and I tried to return the item but they insist not to give any return label. Don’t shop here they might be selling products already with issues.

Bought a iPod off DIMPRICE then YODAL lost it and I’ve tried to get in touch with DIMPRICE because YODAL said it’s them that need to get in touch with them about the lost iPad. I’ve emailed DIMPRICE asking for my money back and they have stopped replying to my emails so I am about to go to my bank to see if I get get my money back so I suggest do not buy anything from this company

I purchased an item, where it always said under transit and when i click tracking it takes to china website. I therefore requested to cancel and refund my order straight away. The customer care requested not to reject the parcel as it'd be difficult to track. So i accepted and i ended up paying £10 for postal plus more than a month didn't get the refund. I had to raise a dispute with credit card bank finally. The seller got the item returned but refuses to pay as there is a dispute raised. On other note, they don't have a contact number and only reply once a day on emails, its very difficult to contact the customer team. I'd always spend more and buy from high street shops or amazon or ebay where you got some guarantee on returns and goods....

Just received my refund through PayPal, thank goodness they had my back. Made my purchase order to Dimprice, they took the money and I never heard a thing, not even a confirmation of my order. Would not recommend.

Before ordering I read the reviews as I had never heard of Dimprice. The reviews were a mixture of positive and negative, I decided to order apple AirPods 3rd gen. I placed my order on Friday and my package came the following Friday. The website provides live tracking and this helped a lot as I could see anytime where my package has got to.

Im really glad I decided to purchase my AirPods from Dimprice, they saved me a lot of money. I will be ordering more products in the future.

Waited a long time for the product to arrive and then got a Chinese version of the smart phone, phone wasn't compatible with many UK apps but they wouldn't take responsibility!!

They wouldn't even pay for the return postage!

Speak as I found. Ordered Apple Airpod Pro at over £34 less than their nearest competitors. Ordered PM on 19/02/2022 and received said items AM on 23/02/2022. Correspondence/emails from purchasing to delivery excellent, confirming order and then tracking details. Genuine Apple Airpods packaged in sealed Apple box. First time I have used this company/supplier and on this evidence would be inclined to use them again in the future.

I ordered a iPad on the 31/01/22 for a birthday present on the 17/02/22. It still hasn’t arrived !!!
This company has told me that it’s with a delivery company !This not true. I’ve spoke to the delivery company and they have not received a parcel from dimprice ! I’ve asked for a full refund of almost £300 via email but no answer yet !!!

After reading the reviews we were a little concerned the significantly cheaper priced camera was too good to be true. We were pleasantly surprised that our concerns were unfounded.
The camera was an absolute bargain, far cheaper than any where else. The delivery was within the time frames specified. Arrived on day 8. The tracking was easy to follow. We did email Dimprice and they emailed back within a couple of hours. We are thrilled to bits with our new camera.
We will definitely use this site again!

Ordered a games console from Dimprice - once the payment was taken from my credit card I heard nothing - no emails confirming order etc. They don't have a customer service number I can call. I left a message on the 'contact us' section of their website but again heard nothing.

The website seems to be a scam - I will now have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back.

I live in the UK, I ordered the latest Apple iPad on Dimprice’s Uk website. A US iPad turned up. Having had issues previously with a US laptop being sent instead of a UK laptop from another supplier (it had the wrong keyboard layout), I attempted to contact customer service via email, WhatsApp and website message box(they do not provide a contact phone number). I have had no response from any. To top it off they sent a shaving adaptor plug not a USB C plug comparable with the Lead (the plug in the Apple box is for the US).

Awful experience, opted for express shipping. Luckily screenshot my order confirmation on check out but no further emails, tracking updates or even an order number.
I have emailed, sent multiple whatsap messages for over a week.
It’s a scam I’ll be contacting my bank to have it investigated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
I bought a mobile device from this retailer, the device is not a UK version, its operating system has been altered (rooted)

I called the manufacturer they told me

The product is not warranty covered in the UK

The phone is a Chinese model converted for UK use

Google Pay will not allow me to upload card details for contactless because it has been rooted which means

Root access is a means of bypassing the default security protections built in the operating system leaving the device and data open to hackers, and you won't be able to install latest security updates
I have filed a dispute claim with my card issuer

Ordered on the 22nd Jan and fulfilled on the 24th.
It says its been in transit since 28th.
Not moved.
I don't think I'll be getting this!

Update:
I received my item on the 9th Feb.
Well late (6-8 day delivery quote) but everything OK apart from I was given a poor quality UK plug that I had to replace because the Chinese plug kept falling out.
I had to order elsewhere because it was so late and then had to cancel with the company because this then arrived.
I’ll up my experience from a 2 star to a 3 star due to very late delivery from that given to me.

Just found out they haven’t sent me the phone I ordered but a lesser one. It’s going back

Ordered a Samsung galaxy tablet, charged my card but no confirmation email or delivery date, item never arrived. Avoid this site its clearly a scam!

Ordered a tablet from this discount company and received no email confirmation though I could log in and track my order. After more than a week waiting for the delivery, I tried calling to confirm a delivery date and ask for an email confirmation. The mobile number was unobtainable and any emails sent since have not even been acknowledged let alone replied to. I got in touch with my bank who have refunded me but that does not help get a tablet for my husbands Christmas present ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GOODS AND THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE. Interestingly, the reviews up to the time I ordered the item were good - now the star rating is down from 5 stars to 2! I am just pleased I was able to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE
