been on diet chef for a month now lost 1st great food and dont feel that ineed to eat anything else dont miss wine and sweets its great not to have to cook if any one thinking of dieting try doing dietchef and see the weight fall away chicken cous cous is lovely and so is the hot pot just add a big plate of veg or salad to your food i have ordered 4 months cant to lose the weight happy dieting to you all

I have cancelled my order as the main meal food is sloppy & not at all appetizing,, it is like eating baby food, and because I didn't have a box to return my free week, which would have cost £15, I was charged another £50 to keep it, all in all a disgusting mess, not at all impressed

Choosing Dietchef to kickstart the diet is the easiest way I know, love the fact that after a hard days work I can come home choose an appetizing meal, open it, microwave it, make a salad, eat it, wash up and be sat relaxing watching the news. Just perfect and you lose weight as well.

They food seems all very tasty so far. Still early days but very easy to follow and easy to cook.

Found this diet so easy to follow. And Ive lost 8lb in my first week! Given I only wanted to loose a stone before my September holiday I havent got far to go.

Im not really a breakfast person so cant really rave about them, but I normally cannot stomach anything before midday so managing the DC breakfasts is a bonus - they also keep you really full until lunch. The dinner are lovely and have a really wide option, plus adding your own vegetables is always good for jazzing them up a little.

My only downer would be the lunches, there isnt many options, I did order any shakes as the thought of having a shake for my lunch didnt seen very appealing. The thought of soup most days also seemed quite dull but to be honest they are also really tasty, and half way through my second week Im not bored of them. I did order a few bean salads which are yummy, hot and cold! But the chicken cous cous salad I found disgusting - the only meal I have turned my nose up at.

The snacks are also great, an option for every naughty craving.

I think the best part of this diet is not having to weigh and calorie count everything, Im a woman who loves cooking but after a long day in the office I really cant be bothered with following a strict recipe as many diets are. I grab what I fancy for breakfast and lunch as Im leaving the house in the morning and pick what ever I fancy for dinner on my return.

Overall I will most defiantly buy from diet chef again, even when Ive hit my target I may continue to buy to keep the weight off but allow myself a those extra naughtys! But please DC - get some lunch with a little chew!

My experience of diet chef was ok. The meals were ok. I have decided not to continue using them as I found it expensive and like I said earlier the meals were ok. I can't eat red meat or Dairy and found it very diffcult to pick the meals that I could have, this of course isnt Diet Chefs fault.

I've only been on it for a week now, but I've lost 5lb so far. Feeling a little hungry between meals, but that's just because I have to get used to reducing my portions, which was the whole point of joining in the first place. The food is tasty and really convenient, so far very pleased.

Ich bin mit dem Produkt zufrieden, nur ist es sehr teuer.

Schnelle Erfolge durch griffbereite portionierte Menüs. Das Essen schmeckt in der regel sehr gut. Ich gebe ein Minus für das Essen in der Schale, weil ich kein Mikrowellen-Essen mag. Für den Backofen sind die Schalen nicht geeignet und ich musste mir erst so eine kleine backofenfeste Auflaufform kaufen. Schnelle Lieferung top Service, auch Rechnungszahlung möglich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Mein Wunschgewicht ist endlich in Sicht.

Mit Diet Chef esse ich nur das, was ich mir vorher in einem reichhaltigen Sortiment ausgesucht habe. Ob man ein "Süßer" oder "Herzhafter" ist, für jeden stehen genügend Gerichte zur Auswahl. Natürlich kann man bei Fertiggerichten keine Nouvelle Cuisine erwarten, aber das Essen ist durchaus lecker.
Klar geht es nicht ohne Disziplin und Sport. Aber Diet Chef macht mir das Abnehmen leichter.........und........7 Kilo weniger in 3 Wochen!

ich vergebe vier Sterne, da ein sehr guter und freundlicher Sevice besteht. Das Essen schmeckt sowieso.

Mängel: Onlinstore mit nicht funktionierenden Bezahlmethoden (Rechnung/Bankeinzug sowie Karte haben nicht funktioniert :))

Verpackung für den Versand nach Deutschland zu dünn (Minderwertige Kartonage). Bei meinem Mann und mir waren in jeder Sendung (bis jetzt 3 Stück die Packstücke beschädigt, und der Inhalt konnte herausfallen).

Schlage als VErbesserung vor, dass das Inhalzsverzeichnbis nicht nur die deutsc he Bezeichnung sondern auch die englische Bezeichnung dahinter in Klammern aufgeführt wird. Kunden die die englische Sprache nicht so gut beherrschen habenb ansonsten Probleme die Rationen richtig zuzuteilen, da auf den Verpackungen die Bezeichnung nur in Englisch steht..

Hat geschmeckt1

Ich habe in 2 Wochen 3 Kilo abgenommen (Ich habe aber 3 mal normal Mittag gegessen) Es kam kein Jojo-Effekt, aber wenn man danach normal weiter isst, kommen schon ein paar Pfunde wieder drauf.

Alle Gerichte zum warm machen, sind absolut ungeniessbar. Alleine die Verpackung ist schon abstossend. Das Essen selbst ist ein undefinierbarer"Batz", schmeckt alles gleich und sieht absolut unappetitlich aus. Für so etwas Geld zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit. Jedes Hundefutter sieht appetitlicher aus. Sorry für diese harten Worte, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

DiatChef ist die tollste Diät die ich mit meinen 74 Jahren kennengelernt habe.Ich habe wie gewollt 10 kg abgenommen und kann jetzt,da ich nicht weiter abnehmen will, mit DiatChef und "normalem" Essen variieren.Das Essen schmeckt gut(gewöhnungsbedürftig),ist ausreichend und das Tollste:

Das Essen im allgemeinen ist recht gut. Kleiner Minuspunkt wäre, das viele Gerichte mit einer Tomatensauce gemacht werden. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre da toll. Manche Gerichte sind auch sehr scharf und sollten daher auch so deklariert werden. Die Verpackungsart der "Pouchen" finde ich persönlich nicht so vorteilhaft, da diese doch sehr oft in der Mikrowelle umfallen, wenn man sie vorher nicht vollstäng auseinander zieht. Zudem muss man dann auch immer ein extra Gefäß dabei haben, da man die Gerichte ja nicht aus der Plastiktüte heraus essen will. Die Essen in den Schalen sind da viel praktischer.
Die Lieferzeiten und der Lieferservice war hervorragend. Rundherum hatte ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit Diet Chef und habe das gewünschte Gewicht verloren,
