So far so good. My friend has been trying to talk me into doing diet chef for about a year now and finaly I have given it a go. I live on my own and have become lazier and lazier with what I eat resulting in a poor un balanced diet of which I was gradually gainiing weight. Diet chef has given me the kick I needed. I don't dread the next day.

No need to think about calories or points at all, just open the packets and. Enjoy genuinely good food.

It is really easy to order online from Diet Chef. And their product is excellent quality too, a wide variety of food to choose from. It's the second time I'm going on the diet, last year I lost a stone in 8 weeks and got into perfect shape for my holiday. This time it's much more like a maintenance and to lose a few kilos I put back on. Not easy to start as the portions are much smaller than you are used to but the food is just yumm! And you don't have to think of what to cook every day! Very convenient for me. I highly recommend this diet.

I thought that dieting would be a miserable experience ,but Doing it with Diet Chef is a very pleasant way to lose weight.

My husband and myself are into our 4th month on the Diet chef plan. We have both lost 21 lb each and are both extremely pleased with the results. The meals are tasty and the breakfasts are suprisingly filling. I would encourage anyone to give it a go. It may seem to be an expensive outlay to start with but you only need to buy fruit and veg etc and everything else you could want to eat is there for you.

I was 12 stone 2 pounds. Went on a 17 day cruise and put on 7 pounds with Diet Chef I have got back to 12.2.

I have to say it does what it says on the box! For my lifestyle it's very easy and convenient ! It ensures I'm not eating rubbish on the road! However thought it might be a little fresher not so packaged, maybe that was just my own unrealistic expectation for what you are getting, it is good value for money, I'm never hungry which is amazing coz I'm a big eater! I would recommend

So far the best diet i have been on already lost 7lbs in my first week hope it continues and would recommend it to a friend.

And the flab just keeps falling off. I can't believe how easy it is ... I'd done the maths and worked out that to lose 16lbs at a rate of 1 - 2lbs a week would take me 2 to 3 months, but after 1 week i've already lost a quarter of my target. I'm sure it'll slow down next week, but I'm loving it so far. It's so easy with all the meals being prepared for me, and really tasty. I'm also getting to try foods I'd never tried before .... bring on week 2.

Such a great diet that's absolutely ideal for the single girl who can't stand cooking. Only wish they sold the meals separately so that I can maintain the weight once I've lost it, which is really soon!!

The food is lovely and it helps re-educate you on portion size. It's better if you can buy one weeks food at a time as I found some dishes more to my taste than others and if I had ordered a months worth may have had to much I was not keen on

I have never before been on a diet in my life, but after the birth of my first child and subsequently twins, the weight I had accumulated over 2 pregnancies just never left me.

I wanted a quick and easy way of changing my eating habits but to fit into my hectic lifestyle without too much thought. This plan achieves that on all counts. I have only been on it for 1 week, but it is so easy to pick up things to take to work and mix fruit and veg and come home at night to an easy dinner.

I have high hopes of achieving great results over the next 2 months.

I ordered diet chef on 7th august it did not arrive till the 13th.It was supposed to be delivered on the 9th. I have had numerous orders from diet chef to this address so to claim they could not find the house is not true.They also had a mobile number & a house number. Diet chef is a good product that works but their deliver men need sorting out

I've just started using diet chef. I've lost 5lbs in two weeks, which is not loads - but i must say I've enjoyed eating the meals and haven't felt hungry on the diet \9which in the past was my problem. I'm on 1200 calories a day and so am able to top up the meals with veg, salad and some rice (recommended with the curries and tagines). I could be stricter and lose weight quicker, but I need a diet that fits into my lifestyle and doesn't leave me feeling hungry all the time. This works.

Diet Chef is the best diet I have been on.Being self-employed in the food industry, it is very hard to keep to a diet and loose weight but with Diet Chef's help weight loss can be achieved.I would recommend it to anyone.

Am still 100% satisfied. Did the 3 month one earlier in year and it came up to expectations. Am now on monthly diet and weight is still coming off. Wished I did not have the break, that is when I put the weight back on..good old Diet Chef...
