Diabetic Trust customer service is top tier. Most of these companies are too busy to answer the phone. DT called me personally after I shipped to let me know everything to expect. They offer a great return policy on damaged goods, ensuring there’s no funny business. I shipped on a Thursday and had money in my account Tuesday. Name says it all.

If I could give more stars, I would. The process was all done in a timely manner. Price transparency, processing transparency, receiving transparency, integrity at its finest! There’s an amazing team here! They were quick to answer questions and follow up on anything to make sure I understood the process, extremely professional and helpful,

I have worked with diabetics trust several times. Each time it was a breeze. they send you a quote you have that in writing, and then you can get forwarded the mailing label which is prepaid. I’m always contacted to let me know that my order was received and then I will be getting my shipping label soon. Then I’m notified when my items are received and shortly after that my check arrives. It is an easy way to do business, and diabetic trust, has it down to a science. I will continue to only work with them.

Their prices were more on certain items that I use. I love the communication that they provide. I'm just completely satisfied with Diabetics Trust.

Diabetics Trust stayed in contact with me throughout the transaction. They explained the process and answered my questions. They were honest and fair. What more can you ask for from a company? I will gladly and confidently do business with them again (whenever) I have extra diabetic supplies.

I had a great experience using Diabetics Trust. They kept in communication with me every step. The instructions on their website were easy to follow. I was provided with a shipping label, and I chose to have them send me a box. Once they received my items, I was notified by them and also when my payment would be sent. In less than 2 weeks, I had a check in had.

I just started selling my extra diabetic supplies with Diabetic Trust. I was weary at first but the customer service is excellent. When I mistakenly click the check option they where able to fix the problem and get me my payment via PayPal quickly. They are one of if not the top paying companys out there for selling your supplies. I'm also happy that my left over supplies don't go to waste they help out other diabetics like me.
