FANTASTIC!

My experience was great. For some reason the email I gave wasnt working for my Paypal. The company called me to figure out a solution though and I'm happy this was done rather than through email which could take time. I don't know if they've got more than one person answering phone calls but I dealt with Maddie and she was very helpful and kind.

The only thing I'd say could be improved is that I did not receive an e-mail when my package was received and I thought I would. You can check the tracking number but the post office isn't always accurate. I'd actually filed a missing mail form because I sent the package out on the 3rd and after it's next destination no new information was available after 7 days. Through the missing mail request was the only way I knew it had been delivered. So yeah..an email from them would have put my mind at ease that the package had arrived.

On the plus side, they process orders quickly and payments have been reliable. Communication is actually pretty solid, which makes the overall process easy to follow. When things go right, it’s a smooth experience.

But here’s where it gets questionable…

I had a deduction for a “damaged item” that didn’t really add up. I package items carefully—separate boxes, plenty of padding—so seeing one item come back as severely damaged was surprising. If anything, the outer shipping box must have taken a serious hit in transit. What makes it more concerning is that only one item was affected, which raises some questions about how damage is evaluated. I've started taking pictures of all the boxes and send them in with the shipment,

This isn’t a dealbreaker, but it does make me more cautious. Everything else has gone fine, but inconsistencies like this matter—especially when money is involved.

I had a lot of extra boxes of Omnipod5 for Dexcom because I switched over to Libre3+. The transaction was super simple. I received a very fair value for my boxes, box them and mailed them. I could track the shipping from the label they provided and within a day after they received my box, the payment was in my paypal account. Will definitely do business with them again.

DBB is the best. They have now made it even easier to mail back supplies by taking a QR code to USPS, have them scan it and create a label. All I had to do was box the supplies up and tape it up. USPS did the rest. No more trying to print out the label and attaching it to the box. The payment came the next day if you use Zelle
