I'm impressed with their mission to help others in need. I feel like these gentlemen are my kids now and I always send them treats in my packages, they deserve something special. Brendan is so helpful and goes out of his way to be there for the customer and it shows he tries to be his best self. Positive experience every time for over 2 years!

This company is very trustworthy been sending supplies for to them for over a year now 10 out of 10

I filled out the online form for 3 boxes of test strips. The company requested photos of my boxes via email and I complied. After they received my shipment they sent me a video of my order being opened. At this point, I’m thinking how great it is that everything is being documented so there can’t be a dispute. They paid me via Zelle less than 50% of the amount posted on their website. The amount listed on their website was $44.00 per box of 100. They paid me $20.00 per box. I immediately contacted them thinking there was a mistake. This was their exact response “ The price in the website is not yet updated. The IT are working on it. The price you received is the updated one. Thank you. “
That’s it. That was their explanation. I responded by telling them I could’ve gotten $35.00 per box from another company and they should’ve informed me when they received the form I filled out on the website. The total amount FROM THEIR WEBSITE was $132.00 They just sent $60.00 with no explanation and expected me to just take it like I wouldn’t notice? Really? I told them it wasn’t my fault the website wasn’t updated and that they should honor what was promised on their web site. The only response was I should check my Cash App because they sent me $20. I haven’t had a Cash App account in over a decade. So, no I never received $20, which, by the way, would’ve brought the total payment to $80. That’s still not $132.00. That’s the last communication I had with them.
It would’ve been quicker if they broke into my house and just stole the test strips because that’s essentially what happened, minus the breaking in part. They ripped me off. Period. End of story.
I abhor people like this. Needless to say, I wouldn’t use this company if they were the last one on the planet. They lie. They cheat. They steal. They’re indifferent.
