Dharma has been great over the last few…
Dharma has been great over the last few years. I am very pleased with their customer service on the very few occasions I had to use them. They gave me competitive rates and during an analysis with another company who said they could beat Dharma's price, Dharma came back and matched that price as well. They have always done what they said they would do and that is refreshing.
My only complaint is not with Dharma themselves but with the processing network they use. The chargeback process is archaic and nearly impossible for a merchant to win, even with signed proof of delivery to the matched Credit Card billing address. The credit card processing industry in general is not doing enough to protect merchants from fraud. Again not a complaint with Dharma directly
