I am literally LOSING MONEY using Kibo Pay!!! When I initially signed up I was a bit excited to see how much I would save. In the process I realized that my customers would be charged a fee which I refused to do. My representative suggested I switch to a "per transaction" plan which I agreed would be best. I soon noticed I had a debit transaction from my bank acct for $29.99. I didn't recognize the entity so I reported it as unauthorized. After I processed my first Kibo transaction, I noticed a deposit from the same entity less $29.99 PLUS the "per transaction" fee! Now mind you, even on the regular plan ($29.99/month), my first 3 months were supposed to be FREE! I kept in touch with my rep who finally said I would be refunded in a few weeks. Not only have I not yet received my refund, but I have now been charged an additional $59.98!!! Essentially, I have been ROBBED of $89.97 so far!!! I have been trying to contact my rep to see WTF was happening and to immediately cancel my acct so not another cent was taken from me, but I don't know if he was fired or quit. Now he does not reply to my msgs so I have no idea!!!

Easy process from start to finish! Happy to know that we have a personal representative to contact when we have needs. Happy to have made the switch!

I have been happy with the service that I have received from Kibo pay.I have had no problem receiving all my transactions the very next day deposit in my bank account. Every time that I have called them they have been very helpful and fast to respond. I highly recommend their services.

Kibo Pay is the best thing that happened for my business! Not only is the monthly fee the lowest, but their service and support has gone far beyond what I have ever experienced or expected from a merchant service company.

Kibo Pay is the only merchant that our business could find that fit our needs! Everyone that I have spoken with have been fantastic. This company even paid our early termination fee for our old merchant services. I have dealt with Shirley at Kibo Pay mostly, and she is FANTASTIC! She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Everything she has said to me has been exactly what happened. I would give more stars if I could!

The people at Kibo Pay are quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very helpful in starting the whole process to help our patients (and staff!) understand this change. The proper verbiage in explaining the changes, and how to effectively counter the objections the patients would have with the "procurement fee", were laid out nicely by the staff at Kibo Pay when we first started partnering with this company-this was a HUGE help! The interface to check the charges is also straightforward and easy to navigate. Kudos Kibo Pay!

Shirley was great and fast and efficient

We just updated to a newer software version, which is more digital and is very helpful. We can send text receipts right from the machine and the daily batch is email to us, which is a great time save and a very good organizer.
