We all know that making the decision to pick up the phone to call a debt management scheme can be very daunting but this was honestly one of the best choices I could have made going into the new year. Hermann Holtze has made the process with signing up and making arrangements for future payments lift a huge weight off my shoulders. I now only have one set payment to manage a month, with an end late ant sight and I will finally be able to enjoy my salary.
This company wants what works for you.

I recently engaged with DFH Financial Solutions, hoping for professional financial assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, making it necessary for me to share my perspective with others who might be considering their services.

The entire process was frustrating and led to numerous inconveniences on my end. Not only were my expectations not met, but the lack of professional conduct also added to the dissatisfaction.

Despite my experience, I believe feedback is a chance for improvement. I hope DFH Financial Solutions takes this as constructive criticism to enhance their service quality and professionalism in the future.

I can see from their response below that they want to "..conduct a thorough examination and work towards resolving any issues you encountered during the process." They have had weeks to resolve my issues, and I hear nothing from them, I ask for a direct contact, and they send me to telephone menu maze hell. The only way to get any response from them is to withhold payment and they are then IMMEDIATELY on the ruddy phone to you.

Still not received my refund after cancelling with them....within the allotted time.
Quick to take it but not refund it. Luckily I have talked to my creditors and organised a cheaper solution that won't affect my credit rating!

I have been able to start the new year feeling so much lighter! One monthly payment with a final payment date in sight, saving me a lot of money every month! Thank you Hermann for making what I thought was a pretty daunting process very simple- excellent customer service :)

Absolutely fantastic team. Initially spoke to Adam who was very easy to talk to and then went on to speak to Jakob who was just as approachable and helpful.
The whole experience took about two hours but I finally feel like I am regaining control of my finances. Given the impact they’ve made today these two definitely deserve a Christmas bonus!

The worst company ever!! I have 3 missed payments on my credit file due to these unprofessional people when I never had a single missed payment when I was dealing with my debt on my own! I really regret dealing with this ridiculous company!! I had cancelled my agreement with them but they have still taken payment from my account this month. They just created bigger problems for me rather than helping me out!

First I was happy with DFH. It seemed like following the plan and just keeping up to date with paperwork would be perfect.

Lockdown and Covid have been harsh on me and my self-employment job. At the end of the last lockdown, I thought my work would just explode and I would be very busy and be able to pay my debts back. But it took longer than I thought. I then contacted DFH and everything seemed smooth.

When the plan was in place, I decided to take an other job on top of my current one to pay my debt quicker. I worked Weekends non stop!!

On the 18th of August, I managed to save enough money to pay the debts in full. I insisted that I wanted to pay all in full!

That's exactly when the nightmare started!!!!!

After I paid in full, I received a receipt from DFH stating that ALL my creditors have been paid in full!

Now I have two issues with my credit score... One default of payment and one open credit with late payment!

The open credit with late payment comes from Argos. Company that used to be on my plan with DFH.

Argos received the payment to close the balance only in October!!!

So DFH sent me a receipt in August saying that they have paid ALL the creditors but one of them has been paid only in October! I'm still fighting between Argos and DFH to have the balance that doesn't exist and the late payment of those last three months removed!

Worst, it appears that DFH has still paid my monthly payments to Argos for August and September. So I paid in full in August, DFH confirmed that they have paid in full to Argos and they haven't!

regarding the default of payment, it is dated the 16th of June 2023 on my credit report.

However, during that time I was on the plan with DFH for months if not a good year!

I called the creditor that put the default of payment on my credit score and they told me that they haven't received any payment for January, February, March, April, and May!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the proof that I have paid DFH all those months AND I have the receipt for all those months that DFH has been paying the creditors who put me in default of payment.

Now I start to think that DFH makes a lot of mistakes that cost us years of our lives and they try to cover up by saying that it is the creditor's fault!

I would be very cautious to use DFH if I were you. I had less than £10.000 in debt. it wasn't a very hard case as I know some people have far more than this. I also, reacted straight away after lockdown when I saw that my payment would be delayed so I didn't let he situation get worse!

I have been behind every receipt and every payment.

There are free DMPs out there. Why paying for one that put your life in a far worst situation!

This is a review for Cameron Galea. Everything about my experience was 5 star. I was reassured constantly, not judged, and felt really looked after and cared about. I would definitely recommend this company and Cameron in particular for the professionalism and guidance I have received. I managed to come to a solution to manage my debt with Cameron and the impact it has had already on my mental health is significant. Thank you so much again !! Lovely lad to speak to.

I have had advice, support and a solution provided to me by Cameron at DFH. I like most people who end up talking with DFH make poor decisions and end up full of worry and stress and the support from them and a way forward is a huge relief.

Spoke with Keiran Wright, there was no judgment or pressure and it's eased my mind a bit that some of my debts are being taken care of.

I have had such an amazing experience with the DFH Team. Before entering my credit agreement the staff were extremely informative, patient, answered all my questions and clearly explained my options. Since entering the agreement the service I’ve received has continued to be excellent.. I rarely have to be in touch with the team as they do such an excellent job of managing my plan for me, keeping me up to date, but when I do the person I’ve spoken to has always been friendly and ready to help. My mental health has hugely improved since taking on the plan, it’s such a relief to pay one fee a month, and DFH dealt with all of the creditor liaisons for me when setting the plan up, which meant no challenging conversations. It’s also saved me money long term thanks to the stopped interest. This plan is so much more manageable, all built around my outgoings to make sure it works for me. If you’re struggling with debt and have been considering a voluntary credit agreement as an option, I highly recommend DFH. I was nervous at first, whenever you’re dealing with money there’s a lot of fear, uncertainty, pressure and worries about being scammed. The DFH team put my mind at rest on all of this and without obligation. I’ve never regretted my decision and feel back in control of my life rather than drowning, I know I’m heading in the right direction again. Thank you DFH team!

Spoke with Jakob Lauritzen, absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Explained everything thoroughly, was honest with advice and I really appreciated his human approach.

This man deserves a pay rise or a promotion of some sort!
