Had this company in my life for just over 8 weeks and they have completely destroyed my credit score, 3 late payments showing, took weeks to contact my creditors, was a solution to reduce some of my interest charges, was not sold to me as a DMP, i asked time and time again would it effect my credit score and i was told NO, asked if the call was being recorded, was told yes, which turns out has now been lost on the system, tried to open a complaint but so far been ignored, off to ombudsman next

Horrible company. They do not care about you at all and will do whatever they can to not refund money owed to you. No empathy at all and take advantage of vulnerable people.

Unbelievable experience, been stressing about the amount of debt for some time now and couldn’t see anyway out of it , Jessica Lomas has been excellent from start to finish and I can now finally start seeing a way forward.

Absolutely shocking, asked to cancel plan, was told i would get a refund and shabana who i was dealing with was on break. Never heard back and no answer at all. My circumstances have changed.

Initially everything was great and my application was close to being complete. But then my situation has changed and I no longer needed the services and all communication has stopped. I don’t know what is going on as they keep emailing me that my application is going forwards even though I’ve called and messaged them to cancel it.

Currently been helped by a lovely guy named Hermann. His been helping me get my dads debts sorted and his really made this stressful time in our lifes easier to cope with, so far so good hopefully I can write a even better review at the end of this process but so far its been excellent service.

While i thought that having support from DFH would help with someone taking care of my DMP, they seem at present to not actively read the emails i have sent with regards to one of my debts in the plan or my availability for a review. I've now spoken with several advisers most recently a gentleman named Zain and I feel like a broken record having to repeat via email and phone the exact same information at least 5 times now including my availability for a review phone call, what that particular debt is regarding and that I am at work and cannot answer calls easily. I do not feel that even with all of the information given at my initial contact that all of my creditors have been contacted or appropriate steps taken despite how much money i'm paying for the service. Frustrated is an understatement!

Unfortunately, due to a bad relationship I got into debt I cant control and it is made me very stressful and could not thinking straight and I had to find a solution.

I called DFH to see what are my options. I did not want IVA or Bankruptcy because it is not good for my lenders and my creditscore. So i stepped into a DMP. Jakob is my advisor and must tell he is good and very easy to talk to. Very hard to talk about debt but It was pretty easy to sort out my issue. I recommend this company. They are not working for free but they will deal with the creditors. I feel much better already and I can not wait to pay off my all debt what was my legacy from my bad relationship. Thanks Jakob.

I take home a reasonable monthly wage but constantly paying off bills and getting into cycle I could not get out off. I came across DFH and because of my work pattern it was hard for DFH to pin me down and talk to me and when they did , I spoke with an absolute professional kind voice , Rubina (Ruby) and she talked me through what I needed to know, she had patients with me and no judgment. She had fantastic people skills and that does not happen much these days. Now that I have made the first move with DFH and had Rubina’s professional help I feel relief and the pressure has gone and now paying bills and also having a little left over at the end of each month, I can smile. I would like to thank DFH but mostly Rubina she is a credit to DFH and should be cloned then everyone could have a Rubina with in their company . Thank You .

Professional and friendly staff. They provided advice and allowed me to make an informed decision. Although I chose not to pursue a debt management plan at this time, I would certainly turn to them again if my circumstances require assistance in the future. I spoke to a gentleman called Neil who passed me onto DFH where I spoke to Hana who couldn't be more helpful answering any questions I had and helped me set up a plan that when taken affect may change my life around for the better.

Damien from your team is an absolute gem and honestly you need more people like him who can really listen understand and help as much as he can. Give him a raise!!!
