Made the phone call after being crippled by debt due a custodial battle got the result I wanted but was left with having to live on credit cards we all know how that ends up massive thanks too Dominic and Emilie explained all options clearly understood my issues

Today I made ,,that,,call. Wasn't easy,I was scared of unknown, but Cloe and Cameron was amazing. We spend over 2 hours on the phone, and we counted and counted and they offered the best solution for me DMP.
Cameron made sure that I could reach him any time I need him ,phone, email,WhatsApp.
I can't recommend them enough, they lift su h huge weight of my shoulders. Now Instead 6 different debt I will pay one ,which is actually affordable to me. Thank You so so much

After ten months of engaging DFH Financial Solutions for debt negotiation services, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. Despite promises of being skilled negotiators, DFH has fallen significantly short of even modest expectations. Not only have they failed to finalize agreements with creditors, but the situation has, in fact, worsened over time.

During this period, some creditors continued to apply interest to my debts, further increasing the amounts owed. Others have sold the debts for minimal amounts, with DFH either unable or unwilling to secure favorable terms on my behalf. Communication with DFH has been another point of frustration; they respond slowly, if at all, and avoid giving clear updates about the status of negotiations. It seems their strategy is to extend the contractual period unnecessarily, thereby increasing their earnings at the expense of their clients.

The claim that they offer helpful negotiation services has not been my reality. Instead, my experience has been one of prolonged agony and deepening debt, with little to no tangible support from DFH. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere and thoroughly research before committing. Do not fall into the trap I did; stay far away from DFH Financial Solutions.

Not a good experience and this guy Steve,no comment.I dont really feal they want to help.More then 3 days to answer to every single email and also I ask something and I get different options from them.I dont know if to trust them or not.I requested whatsapp explaining to them I cant answer to any call during week time because of my work and on last email they texted me if I prefer whatsapp or to call me.Nice.I requested them to start the procedure more then 10 days ago but now I dont really want to do it with them.I dont know if to trust them or not.3 weeks since I requested and still nothing.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this company!
I paid my creditors every month without fail but that left me with almost nothing or sometimes nothing in some months to spend for food/drink and other daily living needs. I was racking up almost over £1,000 per month in expenditure to creditors and leaving around £600 per month to pay my £430 rent, council tax, and all other bills. I would go to work and go home to sometimes sit in the cold, I had no life. So, I called out to DFH on a whim for help and my god help did they!
I now have one singular payment of £247 per month. I am now around 6 months in, with only around 8 months left before everything is fully paid off. I will be living a debt free life again!
The amount of relief that DFH have allowed me to feel is insane, I now have enough money a month to treat myself, go out and just live!
I can't thank them enough.

Very bad experience. Don't fall for sweet talks. No help what's so ever . No replys no call backs nothing at all. Trying to email Nd call Nd getting no response for over 10 days now it's looks like no one is bothered to read emails or feel responsibility to respond a call back as promised

I read some of these reviews whilst on the phone to them yesterday sorting out a DMP.... For the last 2 years I've met nearly every payment to my creditors but after having to move to a city and all my bills going up a long with cost of living I was barely floating .... I never had any money to actually go home and visit my family, weekends away, I can't even remember the last time myself and my partner had a date night.... I decided to take the leap after my dog had an accident and broke her leg meaning I had to pay 20% of a heafty bill, I never have any spare cash for emergencies so I would skip payments then pay double the next month and it was going round in circles meaning I was never really ever paying anything off. My debt was 5k so not huge but I almost felt that if I carried on I'd never make any steps to pay it off and I'd be going round in circles. Hermann was so patient with me I had so many questions I rent so I definitely didn't want something that would hinder my chance at getting another rental property in the future and he ensured me that although the accounts may default they will show as being paid and this wouldn't effect being able to rent(after some research it seems he is correct for other people posting here). My credit score has already gone down massively as I've missed payments here and there and my credit utilisation was so high .... I finally feel in control and I've organized my partner to contact hermenn and get himself sorted too!

I finally made the move to consolidate all my debts after years of stress and worry. Hermann helped me get an affordable plan into place to clear my debts. I was on the phone for just over an hour and a half, but it was definitely worth it for the peace of mind I can have now. Thank you Hermann, for making it a pleasant experience, as it was daunting before the call. I appreciate the help. Honestly.

I racked up some debts after some health issues in the family. I was advised to go through DFH for support. The first thing i said to the lady i spoke to was that whatever happens, i have worked hard to make sure i dont have missed payments on file and haven't missed 1 in 7 years. I need this to potentially get a mortgage after my DFH plan is finished. I moved my account and cancelled all creditor DDs and I was reassured as long as i make my payments to DFH, all will be fine. I started receiving these notifications by various creditors of overdue payments etc and again DFH said dont worry and just send to them, its part of the process. I kept receiving and kept forwarding and called again, and was reassured. My payment went out on 25th Jan. It is now 5Feb and only 1 of 9 creditors has received payment. Checked earlier this evening... 2 MISSED PAYMENTS on my credit file. I'm devastated. Not only that..im paying £200 monthly fee for the first 6months, to have exactly what i didnt want happen. Now waiting for a liaison officer to call tomorrow. Just gutted. It would have been 1 star but the first lady i spoke to was actually quite nice. Do i laugh because i have more money monthly, or do i cry because its going to take 6-7years to remove the missed payments? Ironically...one of the missed payments was to Paypal, and DFH had earlier advised me they have a great working relationship.. okay.

Spoke with hermann today and what an amazing guy, completely understood my circumstances and got a plan in place that's gonna help me so much every month...

I was struggling a lot with my finances and stressed out all the time. Had a lovely gentleman at DFH help me out with the right plan to sort out the mess i was in . I am now very happy that it’s all in place.

I’m deaf and went through an application with Hermann via what’s app perhaps it took longer than a phone conversation but all in all it was great and he was patient with me all along the way and as far as I can see everything seemed compliant and regulated as per FCA. Thanks 🙏
