I’ve had an excellent experience with Dexters managing my property in Chiswick, particularly working with Sherina. She has been consistently proactive and professional, often finding cost-effective and practical solutions that work well for both me and my tenants.

Sherina is always attentive and responsive, making the management of my property seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend her and the team at Dexters to any landlord looking for reliable property management.

My experience with Dexter SE12 was extremely disappointing.
I received a parking charge while attending a property viewing arranged by your company. At no point was I informed by the agent that parking in that area would result in a fine. In fact, the agent showing the property also parked in the same location.
Additionally, the landlady was present during the viewing. I specifically asked her whether it was acceptable to park there, and she clearly confirmed that it was fine and there would be no issue.
Despite this, I later received a parking charge. When I contacted Dexter to explain the situation and requested assistance in resolving the matter, I was told that the company could not help and that I would need to challenge it myself. This response was frustrating, especially given that the situation arose directly from attending a viewing arranged by your team and following guidance given on-site.
As a visitor attending a scheduled viewing, I reasonably relied on the information provided by both your representative and the landlady. I was not made aware of any parking restrictions, nor was I parking irresponsibly.
Overall, this experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I would have expected better communication and support from Dexter in resolving an issue that clearly arose under their arrangement.

We checked out of a Dexters Rental almost a month ago. We are still waiting on our deposit to be refunded. When finally we get a message they say that they will make the remittance, but that it may take 10 days for us to receive the funds. I chase them back saying unreasonable, please pay using the banks Faster Payment Service. They reply that there is a £30 fee for this. I have business accounts with their bank (Barclays) so know that this is certainly not a fee charged by Barclays who remit with Faster Payment Service free of charge. When they need you, flexible to allow them to show the property, nice as pie. With all other interactions they are the opposite. I bet that to this post they will say that they cannot find me in their records.....

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Roksana Drzewicz and she has been absolutely outstanding. From the very start, she was approachable, professional and genuinely cared about making the process smooth. When a small maintenance issue came up, she not only responded immediately but also followed up to make sure everything was resolved perfectly. It’s rare to find someone in property management who is so reliable, attentive and friendly and who truly goes above and beyond. I feel very lucky to have had the pleasure of working with her.

I had a great experience working with Joseph as my estate agent. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He kept things clear and straightforward, answered my questions, and made the whole renting process smoother. I appreciated his support and professionalism and would recommend him to others looking for a reliable estate agent.

Horrible Estate Agents and highly recommend avoiding.

They have ZERO communication skills and constantly leave you in the dark. The amount of appointments made for services to be carried out in our flat that don't go through and we are not updated about is terrible.

They have a lot of staff that is also rude.

Found out there were some errors in the Statement and emailed the team about it. Ty-Le Nelson replied within an hour and promised to correct the errors. Very open and honest and very speedy service. That is exactly the kind of service everyone is looking for. Errors ? Well, even AI makes mistakes. We are humans after all !

Huseyin has been fantastic at handling all communications and has liaised effectively with our landlord to ensure any requests and/or problems have been dealt with swiftly & effortlessly. A very good property manager & I highly appreciate his approach to his work.

Amateur hour, they are possibly the worst estate agents I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to endure contact with.

They lack responsiveness, understanding of the process, and are all involved and no one is involved.

I would steer as far clear as you can. We dealt with the Hackney branch

Had an inspection today with Kirlon Sanchez he helped me a great deal and helped me in fixing my additional problems. Kirlon has been been a help multiple times over the past 2 years

Suzi Littler, Tenancy Manager, has been extremely helpful to me when dealing with a difficult tenant. She is approachable, responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. She is also very efficient in organising support services as I require them. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

I've used Dexters for a few years now and always been very happy with the service. Huseyin T is great to work with - friendly, proactive and efficient at sorting issues when they arise.

I would recommend Dexters for everyone to try as the service we get is amazing.
The team are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

One of the best communicative and respectful agency I have ever seen.Specially Viraj Bardot, most helpful and supportive person. He try to solve any issues as soon it’s asked.

Juan is a valuable member of Dexter and he always make a good job.

Stefan was great at helping us get into our rental property and dealt with us on a very human level. When dealt with issues within the property, Elizabeth from property management was quick to help deal with these and assure we were happy in our new home.

Pros: Senior lettings people know what they're doing and really helped us out with a couple of tricky interactions withe the council.

Cons: Junior lettings people have high turnover, forget things, get things wrong, and I found them generally pretty annoying. Their sales team failed to sell our flat, where another agent got it sold in weeks.

On the whole I wouldn't recommend, especially given the high rates on managed lets

I’ve had a great experience with Dexters, specifically with my property manager, Andrzej Szczepaniak. The responsiveness is honestly on another level—he always picks up the phone immediately and I’ve never waited more than a day for an email reply.
He’s helped me navigate everything from broken appliances to more complex installation issues and sourcing replacements. Andrzej is incredibly professional and just a genuinely polite person to deal with. It makes a huge difference knowing the property is in such capable hands.
