The team in the Kensal Rise and Queens Park office are always extremely supportive and always on hand to provide guidance especially with the current changes in the private rental sector. This service extends to dealing with any maintenance issues, prompt statement sending and tenant changeover, so basically the whole package for a landlord. They sent me a letter in the mail asking to sell my property but didn’t pay the full postage. I had to pay £2 so this unknown letter could be delivered just to find out they’re trying to sell to me. When I do sell my property I won’t be going here if they aren’t competent enough to add correct postage to a letter

Appalling and inconsiderate. Avoid at all costs

I've been renting a property in Islington since moving to the country 25 years ago, but became exasperated with the falling service levels -and general incompetency of managing agents. New charges and ever longer contracts, full of small print, none of it in the landlord's interest.
I now self-manage and used Winkworth's to find tenants.
I can thoughly recommend Connor in the Upper Street branch.

If you want to sell your property in south east London...go to Guy Epps and John Mook at the Greenwich High Street office of Winkworth. I've sold 5 properties in 5 years and was traumatised by some of the experiences I've had with other agencies. But not once, in the 11 months of selling my difficult property did they let me down. 100% friendliness, communication, wisdom to advise, get things done accurately. I cannot recommend highly enough the Greenwich office of Winkworth. I mean it!

Winkworth were very helpful. Apart from recommending them anyway, I would like to point out to any owner of a flat in Bellville House, John Donne Way, Greenwich that Winkworth have experience and are well worth using, if you wish to sell.
