I ordered a Corfu 3.5 leaning round parasol from Desser furniture. This parasol arrived from maze and it was Capri not Corfu. Most importantly, there was no button to tilt so it didn’t tilt and it’s totally defective. Do you not check your stock before it leaves your warehouse? Poor quality

In addition the attitude from Matthew in sales said well you could still use it, can’t you. Poor quality products and poor response to defective parasol

To make matters even worse i have to wait 7 days for the parasol to be collected. Not sure why it takes seven days to arrange a courier to collect it?? Steer clear of this company

We needed replacement covers and seat and back cushions for our conservatory furniture (not purchased from Desser). I contacted them for material samples, which arrived quickly. I read Trustpilot reviews and we decided to go ahead and order. We were asked to send a back and seat cushion from the chair and the sofa (these were in terrible condition!). Mark, (Sales Team), assured us that their condition wouldn’t be a problem. He was true to his word. The new cushion arrived and fitted the furniture perfectly, so pleased with the quality - my furniture looks as good as new - I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Fab service and great communications from Mark.

Great customer service

I purchased a coffee table from Desser, and to be fair, it arrived promptly and the quality was very good. Unfortunately, it didn’t suit my living room, so I arranged a return through Desser’s sales team.

Desser selected the courier and organised the collection. The item was collected over three weeks ago, yet I still haven’t received my refund.

I’ve repeatedly been told that Desser cannot process the refund because they have not yet received the item back from their courier. While I appreciate that delays can happen, this is not an issue that should be passed on to the customer. I fulfilled my part by returning the item using the courier chosen by Desser.

The sales team said they would investigate and get back to me with the next steps, but I’ve heard nothing since.

A returns process should not leave customers waiting indefinitely for a refund because of communication issues between a retailer and its own courier. Very disappointing after what started as a positive buying experience.

I have just taken receipt of 2 Lyon Grey Swivel Chairs.

The whole process from ordering to delivery has been excellent. The delivery team were polite and efficient. They unpacked the furniture, set it up and removed all the packaging.

And the chairs are beautiful. They are just as they looked in the picture and of good quality.

I wanted replacement covers for my Desser chairs, my initial request for a quote was dealt with professionally and once ordered the covers arrived within one week. I am very pleased with the covers and the service was excellent.

I am amazed by Desser and Co team’s service. This was my first time ordering from them but I was pleasantly surprised. They helped with my order even though it was kind of last minute. But they managed to deliver my furniture on time. The quality is excellent. Looks very pretty. I would definitely recommend Desser and Co to everyone.

We already had a Desser Sumatra Corner Sofa (similar to the Corsica) and have had it since 2012.
It has been excellent in our conservatory for all this time. As the material was in full sun for all these years it was starting to degrade and rip.
We went to the Manchester Desser store with our existing cushions and they re-upholstered them within a week and couriered them to our home.
Brilliant service and prompt delivery.
What more can you ask for.

The process was very professional and the service was excellent.

I had so many questions, unsure about spending so much money online and not having seen or felt the product "for real". Every question was answered promptly by Mark, who gave me a great price and discount. Delivery super quick. Much faster than others who can quote 6 - 8 weeks. Two guys delivered, removed packaging and took it away. The furniture is better than I expected (I have rarely been lucky ordering stuff on line), and we are absolutely delighted with it. I now have two three seater Vale sofas and one two seater. Our conservatory isn't huge... one of them is in another room! Before ordering the third one, I contacted customer service (the excellent David replied) to ensure that it would be exactly the same as the others, and it was. Every part of the enquiry, order, and delivery system was customer focussed, friendly and expertly managed. The sofas are everything I wanted them to be, the quality and workmanship are superb. Thank you Desser for helping to turn a house into a home.

High quality. I have recently taken delivery of a pair of Viola Chairs for use in my new conservatory. They are firm yet extremely comfortable. These cane chairs seem to be very well made and robust enough to withstand the rigours of daily life. Almost good enough for my lounge.
