Good choice of layouts
I was impressed by the amount of choice for layouts. The process of building the image I wanted was fairly easy, although I did have a few issues editing saved projects but that’s probably just me not being that tech savvy. The finished product arrived quickly and I love it.

Hi Christopher,
We're sorry that your order was delayed.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we reached out to you directly and arranged a full refund, which has now been processed.
We'd also like to clarify that while our telephone line is currently unavailable, this is clearly stated on our Contact Us page, where we also provide several alternative ways to get in touch, including email, live chat and our contact form. We actively monitor these channels and do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your feedback and apologise again that your experience didn't reflect the standard of service we strive to provide.
Thanks

AVOID
AVOID - absolute scammers. Ordered a case from them. Received an email that I would I’d be notified when it out for shipping but usually takes 1-3 business days to print and dispatch. Order the case on the 27/5/26 still haven’t received it. Have spoken with their online bot several times they have said email this address which I have on 3 separate occasions and had no response at all. The bot then said they would escalate it twice and still nothing. I’m going to have to claim this payment back through my bank. Absolutely disgraceful company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im assuming all these good reviews are completely fake.

Hi Becca,
We're sorry to read your review, as this isn't the experience we aim to provide.
After thoroughly checking our records, we've been unable to locate an order matching the information available. We also reached out privately to request a few details so we could investigate properly, but unfortunately we haven't received a response.
If this review relates to an order placed with us, we'd genuinely welcome the opportunity to resolve it. Simply reply with your order number, the email address used at checkout, or the name on the order, and we'll investigate it as a priority.
For transparency, we'd also like to reassure anyone reading this that we have been unable to verify the order referred to in this review. We value all genuine customer feedback and are always happy to investigate concerns when we're given enough information to identify an order.
We're still here to help and hope to hear from you soon.
