First time at the Jewellery Quarters, we looked in various shops for a Platinum ring. I could not see one that I liked. We went into Design Centre, Bina served us I explained what I was looking for, she couldn't be more helpful, showing me & letting me try various rings on. I tried one on that I loved. I went away & thought about buying it. I returned to the Design Centre, Bina came straight to help me. Bina was so friendly & helpful. We purchased the ring. Thankyou Bina.

I was looking for a ‘ paper clip necklace’ called into a couple of jewellers but unfortunately didn’t have one and tried other necklaces that I didn’t want.
Called in Design Centre and straight away was shown the necklace I wanted which my husband purchased for me. All the staff and especially Bina who served me were very friendly, thank you.

Today was my second visit to this jewellers, the first time to purchase a wedding ring for my husband two years ago and today to purchase a diamond bracelet for myself.
Both my husband and I received excellant, friendly and informative service from all three members of staff.
Ella spent considerable time showing me many different styles, diamond size and prices.
I am so happy with my purchase today and the discounted price paid.
Highly recommend, make Design Centre your first stop when visiting the Jewellery Quarter!

Where to start!
We first visited the Design Centre 5 years ago, looking for a diamond ring to mark our 25th wedding anniversary. After having had a terrible experience in a shop not too far from the Design Centre we were overwhelmed with relief at our experience here. Bina served us on this occasion and you could not wish to meet a more lovely lady. So friendly with expert advice. There was no rush or pressure and we found a beautiful ring with her help.
5 years later, and we returned to the Design Centre to look for a ring to mark our 30th wedding anniversary! We were so happy to walk in and find Bina smiling at us and she remembered our previous visit and purchase. With her usual kindness and professional customer service, we found another beautiful ring. A re-size was required but they made sure that this was done swiftly so that we had the ring in time for our anniversary. Brilliant! Also, during this visit we spent time with Dave, such a lovely man, to choose a watch for my husband. Dave was very knowledgeable and he spent a lot of time showing us different watches and explaining about each one. My husband ended up choosing 2 watches as he loved them both so much!
It is quite rare now, to receive such excellent personable customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they really do care about their customers. So, as you can imagine, we cannot recommend Design Centre highly enough and based on both experiences, this will always be the first place we visit. We have recommended it to both of our daughters for when they get engaged too.

This is the 2nd time of coming to the design centre, the first time was to get an engagement ring a year ago & today we went back to purchase a wedding ring.
The sales lady Tina instantly recognised us which was lovely as we was hoping to be served by the same lady.
She had been great the first time, extremely helpful & knowledgeable & very patient with my partners comical way of liking or disliking a particular ring.
Today she was again extremely helpful in suggesting different styles of ring to suit my engagement ring
I’ve come away with a beautiful wedding ring which compliments my engagement ring perfectly.
Hopefully another visit for an eternity ring will be on the cards

Absolutely pleasant experience. Was buying an engagement ring. Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to steer me towards what i was looking for in a very professional and friendly manner. The discount was very well received as well.

Stunning shop and customer service. The design centre staff member Tina was amazing. Tina was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. We went into the design centre to find something special and we came out extremely happy. In short, a gem of a shop.

Today we went in looking for a pair of solitaire studs earrings and was greeted by Tina. She was very accommodating and patient as I wasn't sure on my budget. As she was so patient we looked into buying a matching pendant. I was allowed to try on many varieties with different chain lengths and styles. Tina made us feel very welcomed and supported. We are also sorry to Dave do ruining his display but grateful for being allowed to take up all of Tina's time. We were so pleased we even brought another bracelet.
I can say that we felt looked after and advised.

Went in the shop looking for a small stoned sapphire necklace, and was looked after by Tina who virtually dismantled a display so I could take a closer look at all of my choices, without pushing me towards more expensive pieces, great prices, loads of choice, friendly staff I’ll definitely be back. Sorry to Ella for ruining your lovely display😁

This is a great jewellers. The staff are friendly without being pushy or condescending. Great prices and frequently have really excellent sales on. I bought all the jewellery for my wedding from there, engagement ring, wedding rings and some lovely earrings for my new wife. Top notch.

Had wonderful service and care and attention when we visited the Centre on Monday 2nd October. All of the assistants were really helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Visitor from liverpool was out with family just looking and went into your lovely store. Spoke to Tina about a watch I has seen. The service was 1st class they took links out of the strap and made it fit perfect. Thanks to Tina and Dave for all your help. Will shop again.

Went to Design Centre today to purchase a necklace with my daughter for her 18th birthday. We were warmly welcomed and all the staff were very helpful and polite, particularly Datina who was amazing. Definitely recommend visiting this store for all your jewellery needs

My finance and I visited the jewelry quarter to purchase wedding rings. The Design Centre was the first shop we visited, we found what we liked the look of, and then looked in other stores. We were able to find something for us both in all the stores, however, something was just pulling us back to the Design Centre…

Despite one of the other stores being cheaper, for the same thing, it wasn’t about the cost; Sophie really made the difference and made us feel really comfortable with making such a huge decision. Thank you to all the guys there! Nice to meet you all, see you soon for the complimentary ring cleans.

We spent the afternoon browsing the Jewellery Quarter, looking for our wedding bands and an upgrade to our fiancé's engagement ring. We had struggled to find the rings we would like and walked into the design centre jewellers. Bina couldn't have been more helpful to us and guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. Excellent service; with no pressure to buy being encouraged to take time to think about it which was very unlike the other shops nearby. Bina took the time to explain diamond quality which guided us on our purchases. The team were very friendly- We would definitely go to this shop again.

We called into the Design Centre on Saturday (after a miserable wet day, on route back to the station) having looked everywhere for what we wanted.
We were met by Ella who gave us invaluable advice and just went above and beyond to explain the options and find us our piece of jewellry.
