A great experience from start to finish. It began with just browsing for a wedding ring, and we were served by Bina who was lovely and so helpful. When we returned a few weeks later after deciding to go ahead with ordering, she remembered us and what we had looked at which I was so impressed with as there must be so many people in and out daily! We got a great price for the ring and everyone who works there is so friendly. Would definitely recommend

Tina and Dave were super friendly and helpful. No pressure and ended up coming away with earrings and a bracelet. Lovely designs which were a bit more contemporary.

Me and my partner had our wedding rings and 2 watches from here. We are over the moon with them and love them.

Several years ago we came to Design centre for my engagement ring and we decided to come back today to see if we could find wedding rings.
The staff were fantastic, just as they were many years ago. Gemma was super helpful.
I went in to the store not really knowing what I was looking for other than being sure that I didn’t want anything too plain.
Gemma guided me through a few options and we discussed what would go nicely alongside my engagement ring.
We came out of there with both of our wedding rings and we’re super happy with our choices.

Everything about the experience of purchasing our wedding rings was perfect from the minute we walked in. Dave and Tina were super helpful and knew exactly what to recommend from our descriptions and we found our rings for our big day on the 27th April. Dave even went above and beyond to get my engagement ring rhodium plated whilst we waited. Can't recommend enough :)

AMAZING SERVICE! We have had a brilliant experience at The Design Centre. We have purchased an engagement ring and two wedding rings from Daksha. She has been personable, informative and friendly. She’s been so patient with us as we changed sizes and design choices many times. She is amazing. We then purchased a Rado watch for my Dad, Dave is so knowledgeable. He’s truly the watch King. We will 100% be coming back again and again. All the employees treated us like family and welcomed us back so kindly each time. The best jewellery and watch store in the whole of the Jewellery Quarter!

For anyone looking for wedding rings for both bride and groom look no further. Having been to other shops in the Jewellery Quarter, we stumbled into Design Center where we were served by the lovely Gemma.

Straight away she listened to our request for rings and helped us on our journey to find the perfect rings.

Within 5 minutes Gemma and the Design Center team were able to find a ring so perfect for my fiancée that her hand started shaking. At that point we were sold and it was onto the my ring (grooms).

Again Gemma and the team were attentive and patient as I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After viewing a trying some rings on I finally found the perfect wedding ring.

We did take our time to shop around but in the end we were sold on the rings and the service we had at Design Center and so we acquired our rings.

We would recommend you go to design centre and tell the team what it is you are looking for. I am confident they can find something that is perfect for you.

Collected a beautiful ring yesterday for my daughters 50th on Valentines Day (Brought tears to her eyes). I cannot praise the Staff of Design Centre enough for their excellent service from design 12 days ago to providing this gem of a ring. Many Thanks from the Kershaw Family.

Lovely & friendly ladies, no pressure and have used this business for 24 years, having brought my engagement ring from them. Went to have rings resized and to repair a bracelet. I was advised it may not be possible, the sales advisors were all very honest. Tina and Gemma (another lady too but didn’t get her name - sorry) were all lovely and we had a laugh! They advised where my rings may look better on my hands to prevent the cost of a resize that might not be done. My husband ended up buying me a new ring, the ladies were excellent sales advisers but there was no pressure at all.
Whilst there, they cleaned my jewellery and they looked brand new! Thank you ladies, had a lovely hour with you and the whole service/experience was wonderful, very helpful and you were all very honest.

Visited the store with my fiancé in the hope to find the perfect rings for our special day. We were greeted by Gemma, who was pleasant and really professional. She made us feel super comfortable and took her time explaining about the different rings & accommodated towards our budget. Two other ladies were lovely too. Managed to pick both our rings from the store. Thanks for the great service & we hope to be back soon!!

I bought a ring from here 27 years ago but I had to take it off and unfortunately don’t know what I did with it. I went back today and spoke to a lovely lady called Tina who took the time to show me rings and I eventually decided on a 5 stone diamond ring that is gorgeous. Thankyou Tina you are a credit to this company. 27 years later and i bought another ring from this company.

Visited the design centre in birmingham today to choose wedding rings for myself and fiance. We were greeted by a warm, friendly lady names Tina.. her customer service, banter and sense of humour was second to none, Tina & Dave worked their magic and we came away with two beautiful wedding rings and a beautiful diamond necklace to wear on the day i get married.. Thankyou both but especially Tina who gave me so much time and effort to ensure i have the ring i had dreamt of, we cant wait to come back and collect Warrens made to order ring :-)

We went into design centre to look for our wedding bands and had amazing service by the team, I would like to especially mention Tina she was so helpful and attentive to our needs! We finally decided on a ring Tina recommended and I’m in love with it! Thanks so much guys!

Incredibly attentive service! Bought a watch for my wife for her birthday and it needed a few links taking out and a tiny defect resolving. Dave at Design Centre couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent the watch back to have the adjustments made and Dave kept me well informed throughout the process. We now have the watch back and it’s perfect and as described. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We looked in to replace an eternity ring (eternity doesn’t last so long, these days!). They could have sold us one but instead pointed us to another company who were able to repair and renew the existing one instead. Really nice staff, really good service.
