Dr Ashworth offers an excellent online service. My phone didn't take the photos that well. He is a true professional they are all extremely nice and professional. I have my report now and will discuss with my primary care practice. I do feel that Dr Ashworth is there if his advice does not improve my problem Thank you so very much.

Thank you for your comments - you are correct, this online service is very much dependent on the quality of the incoming photos you provide - when we get a good history and information input, plus decent photos, we can nearly always provide as good advice as if you had come to see us in person - a fully professional, Consultant Dermatologist management plan and immediate prescription when indicated - best of luck with the treatment - we are here for you 24/7 if you need us again - regards
Why cant he send the prescription to the pharmacy????
Report is good. It’s the 4th time I use this service and the dr always got my treatment right. But it’s also not the first time that he doesn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy. It’s always like that and I have to fill another contact form and wait until he sees it to get my prescription and then order it. It always delays my treatment.

Very unhappy patient
Very unhappy patient! I was expecting a response in the form of face to face appointment!
Instead I was given ointments which some of them I tried without any success!

Dear "very unhappy patient" - I am sorry you have completely misunderstood / incorrectly used our service - you make 2 points - 1 you were expecting a "face to face " consultation? - it is abundantly clear from everything on the site that this is NOT a face to face service - the cartoon film introduction and everything about the site info makes it very clear how the system works - 2 - you say we simply repeated the treatments you had before - the "Add as much information as possible" part of the site which you complete and where patients tell us all about past treatments, stated from you - "It gets bad at night specially when I sweat! I have showers everyday and change night clothes everyday! " - there is ZERO ZERO ZERO mention of your past treatments so how are we supposed to know that if you do not tell us ?- we can only act on the information you provide - this is a GREAT service happily used correctly by almost everyone els who uses us - best regards

A complete oversight on our part - so sorry - the report is on its way to you soon - it is already prepared by me and just needs the secretarial / admin input to get your prescription organised - we will reimburse 50% of your fee (takes a few days to re-appear on your card) - your are still getting the full weight of a Consultant opinion in less than a week - so still very good

Yes we aim to produce your report in 2 or 3 days and I have checked this situation - on Aug 11 2026 at 09:27 you loaded your case report onto our system - our management plan was loaded onto your private password-protected portal (the one you personally create when you enter our system) - approximately 2 days later on the evening of August 11 and it has been there awaiting your attention since that time 3 days ago - it is clearly and REPEATEDLY STATED throughout our sytem that you do NOT RECEIVE your private medical report by email - this is non considered to be secure in the modern world of GDPR etc etc - you have to access it yourself privately and securely - that is made abundantly clear throughout our websites - best regards

Dr Ashworth previously carried out a successful procedure for me several years ago. Having seen him last year and following submission of further details online, I received a prompt response and ultimately an appointment for treatment.

Excellent, Fast & Detailed Response
I have seen Mr Ashworth both in clinic and have used this service twice since. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in his field of Dermatology and on all occassions has helped me out when I have been experiencing signifcant flare ups of my condition. He provides detailed reports with practical advice and the right medication. The response time, considering I can't even get an appointment with my own GP is extremely fast and I would have no hesitations in recommending this service to anyone I know that is in need of some expert skin advice. Thank you so much again for your help, it's much appreciated.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Waited over a week for a response when it claims it’ll be in 48 hours. I explained in detail my condition & after finally getting a response, they just repeated back everything I had said to them & went on their merry way. No advice, no help, no recommendations, no follow up, nothing. Before I got my response I told them I hadn’t received my consultation yet & they promised to refund me 50%. This was almost a month ago & I am yet to receive any refund. I have contacted them 8 times now & nothing. Bear in mind this cost me €95. Horrible service & horrible customer service. I don’t know how this business is still running, absolutely unacceptable!

I am truly sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service - this is a very rare response - the vast majority of our customers think the service is excellent value - I have checked your report and you are correct - your incoming information was sent to us at 12:36 April 6 - and our outgoing report was delayed until April 14 at 01:23 - this delay of eight days, although pretty good in terms of Healthcare in general, is not acceptable to us, we want to get our reports out in three days maximum - so yes you are due a significant refund and I will double check that and get it organised again today - you are incorrect, completely incorrect, to state " non advice o help no recommendations " - I have checked your report in detail, it consists of 1711 words and in that report there were two different treatment plans outlined in detail and offered on prescription - we included our Direct line OFFICE telephone number for you to let us know how to proceed and the report also contains the Email for our online service - I am sorry to say I cannot find any evidence of voice messages or emails so I am sorry about what happened there - I cannot explain it - I am completely satisfied with the quality of your report which details the necessity for blood test depending upon which treatment service you chose - the advice is solid and sound - and I wish you the best of luck - I will check your refund again today which will take about 10 days to get back onto your credit card - best regards - the SKIN team

I have been a patient of Doctor Ashworth before both as a face to face and on line. His written reply was very helpful and informative. He might not be the cheapest but I feel it’s worth paying that bit extra for the quality of the service. Highly recommend.
